Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, dass die Flammrohre mit stufenförmigen abflachungen an je zwei gegenüberliegenden Stellen derart versehen werden, dass an denselben quer durch die Flammrohre gehende Siederohre befestigt werden können.
In der Zeichnung ist ein solches Flammrohr teilweise dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 dasselbe in Ansicht, in Fig. im Querschnitt.
Das mit der Flansche B versehene Flammrohr A besitzt stufenförmige Abflachungen oder Rasten C, die sich über seine ganze Länge erstrecken. Die Übergänge D der einzelnen Stufen sind naturgemäss abgerundet, um ungünstige Beanspruchungen des Materials zu vermeiden. Die Abflachungen C sind längs des ganzen Rohres mit Öffnungen E versehen, durch welche die Wasserrohre gesteckt und an der Aussenfläche auf geeignete Weise an das Flammrohr befestigt werden.
Die Anbringung der Stufen oder Abflachungen auf das Flammrohr geschieht am vorteilhaftesten nach dem Rundwalzen der Platten durch Pressen, Hämmern oder auf eine sonst eignete Weise. Auch lässt sich dieselbe in der Weise herstellen, dass man Teile der Platten wegscneidet und an die offenen Stellen mit diesen Abflachungen versehene
