Vorrichtung zum Abdichten eines an einem Sammelbehälter für Saugluft-Förder- vorrichtungen unterhalb seines Auslaufstutzens drehbar angeordneten Zellenrades.
Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Abdichten eines Sammelbehälters für Spugtnft-Fördervorrichtungen mit einer unterhalb seines Ausfll1ssstutzens angeordneten beweglichen Abfüllvorrichtung und besteht darin, dass am Ausfll1ssstutzen des Sammelbehälters eine nachgiebige, aus Leder, Gummi oder dgl. hergestellt Manschttendichtung angeordnet ist, welche in Verbindung mit den äusseren Umfangswänden der beweglichen Abfüllvorrichtung eine sichere Abdichtung des Sammelbehälters gegen die freie Atmosphäre bewirkt und ein Zerschneiden des Fördergutes durch die Kanten der Umfangswände der Abfüllvorrichtung unmöglich macht.
Das als AbfüIlvorrichtung verwendete Zcllenrad ist zweckmässig in Kugelform ausgeführt, so dass auf die äusseren Umfangswände des kugelförmigen Zellonrades die nachgiebige Manschettendichtung mit gleichmässigem Druck sich auflegt, wodurch die Abdichtung des Sammelbehälters gegen die freie Atmosphäre erhöht wird.
Die einzelnen Zellen s des Zellenrades sind mit Schlitzen d zum Ein-und Auslaufen des Förderguts vorsehen. Die äusseren Umfangswände f des Zellenrades bilden demnach

Das als Abfüllvorrichtung dienende Zellenrad hat sechs Kammern, die bei der Drehung des Rades nacheinander mit dem Auslauf des Sammelbehälters b in Verbindung kommen und dadurch mit dem Fördergut gefüllt worden, welches sie bei weiterer Drehung wieder ausschütten.

The present invention relates to a device for sealing a collecting container for Spugtnft conveyor devices with a movable filling device arranged below its outflow nozzle and consists in that a flexible sleeve seal made of leather, rubber or the like is arranged on the outflow nozzle of the collecting container, which is arranged in connection with the outer circumferential walls of the movable filling device causes a secure sealing of the collecting container against the open atmosphere and makes it impossible to cut the conveyed goods by the edges of the circumferential walls of the filling device.
