  Beschreibung der unsichtbaren Gratverbindung Die Verbindung wird angewendet um das Werfen eines Massivholzbrettes zu Verhindern. Z. b. Massivholztischplatten oder   Massivholzmöbeltüren   in Brettbauweise. 



  Nach bisherigem Stand der Technik ist eine Verbindung bekannt, die den gleichen Zweck erfüllt. Dabei wird die Gratleiste seitlich in das Brett eingeschoben. Dazu muss die Gratnut bis über eine Brettkante hinausreichen und nach dem Einschieben der Gratleiste ausgeflickt werden, wodurch die Verbindung sichtbar bleibt. 



  Bei der unsichtbaren Gratverbindung wird die Gratleiste der Länge nach in zwei symetrische Teile geteilt und, wie in der beiliegenden Schnittdarstellung ersichtlich, abgefast, damit die Leisten von oben in die Gratnut eingekippt werden können. 



  Nach dem Einbau werden die Hälften wieder miteinander verbunden. 



  Bei dieser Verbindung kann   die Grr : tnut kurz   vor beiden Brettkanten   ci. den,   wodurch das Ausflicken entfällt und die Verbindung unsichtbar bleibt.
