Abstract

Es wurden neue Verkaufswände und Verkaufssäulen, insbesondere für die Ausstellung von Antiquitäten, Uhren oder Schmuck für das Vertriebssystem Privat an Privat entwickelt.Die Verkaufswände, bestehen aus gleich großen aus Holz gearbeiteten, in Quaderform in der Größe von 25cm x 25cm x 30cm, neben- und übereinander angeordneten voneinander getrennten Kästchen, die jeweils innen von der Decke durch Halogenlicht beleuchtet werden und die an einer Front mit Spiegeln verkleidet sind und an der gegenüberliegenden Front geöffnet werden können und jeweils die übereinanderliegenden Kästchen durch eine überlappende Türe gemeinsam mit einem Schloß versperrbar sind.Die Verkaufssäulen bestehen aus säulenförmig übereinander und nebeneinander angeordneten Kästchen mit Grundriß je eines Viertelkreises mit einem Radius von etwa 25cm, die jeweils innen von der Decke mit Halogenlicht beleuchtet werden und die an der Spitze des Viertelkreises gegenüberliegenden Front geöffnet werden können und jeweils die übereinanderliegenden Kästchen durch eine überlappende Türe gemeinsam mit einem Schloß versperrbar sind und die gesamte Säule auf einer Mittel-Längs-Achse langsam gedreht wird durch einen Elektromotor.New sales walls and sales columns, especially for the exhibition of antiques, watches or jewelry for the private-to-private distribution system, were developed.   Bei dem neu entwickelten Gegenstand handelt es sich um eine Verkaufswand und eine Verkaufssäule, die speziell konzipiert wurden für das ebenso neu entwickelte Vertriebssystem "Privat an Privat". Bei diesem Vertriebssystem können private Personen im Geschäftslokal Kästchen anmieten, um von privat an privat Antiquitäten, Uhren oder Schmuck zum Verkauf anbieten. 



  Aufgabe dieser neu entwickelten Verkaufswand oder Verkaufssäule ist   es, dem   Vertriebssystem Privat an Privat gerecht zu werden. 



  Die Verkaufswand und Verkaufssäule bestehen daher aus einzelnen getrennten Kästchen, sodass erkennbar ist, welche Gegenstände von verschiedenen Personen (Mietern) ausgestellt werden. Eine grosse nicht unterteilte Vitrine, wie sie üblicherweise in Antiquitäten- , Uhren-oder Schmuckgeschäften verwendet wird, reicht für dieses Vertriebssystem nicht aus. 



  Jedes Kästchen wird einzeln von der Decke durch eine Halogenlampe, ein starkes punktuelles Licht, beleuchtet. So kann jeder Mieter eines Kästchens, die von ausgestellten Gegenstände gut hervorheben. Üblicherweise wird eine gesamte Auslagenvitrine mit einem Lichtkörper ausgeleuchtet. Dies wird aber der Aufgabe dieses Vertriebssystems nicht gerecht. 



  Aus Sicherheitsgründen kann nur jeweils eine übereinanderliegende Reihe von Kästchen durch eine diese Reihe überlappende Glastüre mit einem Schloss geöffnet werden. Dadurch ist etwa bei einer Kundenanfrage die Gefahr des Diebstahls auf nur einige wenige Kästchen beschränkt und gewährt jedem Mieter ein gewisses Mass an Sicherheit. 



  Da aber nur der Händler und nicht jeder einzelne Mieter eines Kästchens einen Schlüssel hat, ist eine eine Reihe übereinanderliegender Kästchen überlappende Glastüre, die mit jeweils drei Scharnieren befestigt ist und mit einem Schloss versperrt wird, ausreichend. Ein Schloss auf jedem einzelnen Kästchen und mehrere Befestigungsscharnieren auf jedem einzelnen Kästchen würden auch die ästhetische Einheit beeinträchtigen und eine gute Einsicht in die einzelnen Kästchen nicht gewährleisten. 



  Die Verkaufssäulen können aufgrund ihrer Form auch in der Mitte eines Raumes aufgestellt werden. Dadurch ist eine besondere Raumnutzung gegeben. Durch die langsame Drehung dieser Säulen können auch besonders viele Gegenstände gleichmässig gut ausgestellt werden. 



  Ebenso werden durch die Verspiegelung an den Fronten der Verkaufswand mit den quaderförmigen Kästchen, die ausgestellten Gegenstände besonders hervorgehoben.

  For security reasons, only one row of boxes on top of the other can be opened by a glass door with a lock overlapping this row. As a result, the risk of theft is limited to just a few boxes when a customer inquires, and provides every tenant with a certain degree of security.



  However, since only the dealer and not every single tenant of a box has a key, a glass door overlapping a row of boxes one above the other, which is fastened with three hinges and locked with a lock, is sufficient. A lock on each individual box and several fastening hinges on each individual box would also impair the aesthetic unity and would not guarantee a good view of the individual boxes.



  Due to their shape, the sales columns can also be placed in the middle of a room. This gives a special use of space. The slow rotation of these columns means that a particularly large number of objects can be displayed equally well.



  Likewise, the mirroring on the fronts of the sales wall with the cuboid boxes, the exhibited objects are particularly emphasized.

CLAIMS 1.
