Einrichtung an Identitäts-Legitimationskarten oder-Büchern zur Erschwerung von
Fälschungen.
Bei den bisher gebräuchlichen Identitäts-Legitimationskarten oder-Büchern, hei welchen die mit einer Stempeleinprägung versehene Photographie des rechtmässigen Besitzers mit dem portefeuilleartigen Umschlag durch Ösen in bekannter Weise verbunden ist, kann durch Lösung der Ösen leicht ein Austausch der Photographie gegen eine andere bewirkt und dadurch zeitweilig die Legitimation für eine nicht berechtigte Person benutzbar ge- macht werden, da der Stempeleindrl1ck leicht zu fälschen ist.
Vorliegende Erfindung hat nun eine Einrichtung an Legitimationskarten oder-Büchern zum Gegenstande, durch welche ein solcher unstatthafter Austausch von Photographien soviel als möglich hintangehaltcn werden soll, indem das Einführen oder Herausnehmen der Photographie selbst erschwert und die Stempelprägung zum Teil auf mit dem die
Photographie aufnehmenden Täschchen fest verbundenen Metallflächen hergestellt wird, welch letztere wieder mittels Öse mit der Photographie und dem Material des Umschlages verbunden sind, wodurch ein Lösen der Öse ohne sichtbare Verletzung des einen oder anderen Bestandteiles der Lcgitimationskarte fast unmöglich ist.
Umstehende Zeichnung stellt in Fig. 1 ein metallenes Fassungsstück zur Verbindung der Photographie mit dom Umschlage in einer bdspif'lsweisen Ausführungsform und in aus- gebreitetem Zustande dar. Fig. 2 zeigt die adjustierte Lcgitimationskarte. Das aus Alu- minium oder anderem dünnen Metallblech hergestellte Fassungsstück a hat am besten die
Form eines Dreieckes oder Trapezes mit seitlich vorstehenden Lappen b und einer Zunge c, von weichen die ersteren klammerartig um die Photographie gebogen werden, während die
Zunge c aufgebogen wird, so dass beim Einschieben der mit dem Fassungsstück versehenen
Photographie in das für dieselbe vorgesehene Täschchen des Umschlages die Zunge auf diesen Rahmen zu liegen kommt.
In der Rahmenöffnung erscheint die zum Teil mit der Metallfläche des Fassungsstückes überdeckte Photographie, welcher vor oder nach dem Ein- schieben der Prägestempel derart aufgedrückt werden kann, dass er zum Teil auf der Metall- flache, zum Teil auf der Photographie erscheint und diese Stempelteile sich gegenseitig ergänzen. Die Zunge c wird mit Rahmen und Photographie durch Ösen verbunden, welche sich in das Metall der Zunge derart eindrücken, dass ein Loslösen unbedingt Beschädigungen der verbundenen Teile nach sich zieht und eine versuchte oder wirklich stattgefundene 'Auswechslung der Photographie leicht erkennen lässt, welch letztere überdies mit ihrer
Stempelprägung niemals genau zu jener des metallenen Fassungsstückes passen wird.
Gegebenenfalls kann auch noch eine weitere Ösen verbindung zwischen Photographie und
Rahmen in bekannter Weise hergestellt werden und die Zunge selbst kann mit einer die
Nachahmung erschwerenden Prägung versehen sein.
