Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet ein Stoffdrücker für Nähmaschinen, welche zum Annähen von Ledersohlen an Filzsohlen bezw. Lederabsätzen an Filzabsätze dienen.
Bisher wurden solche Sohlen hezw. Absätze derart zusammengenäht, dass der Faden auf der Aussennäche der Ledersohle bezw. des Absatzes sichtbar war und rasch abgenützt wurde, so dass er seinen Zweck, die Ledersohle mit der Filzsohle bezw. den Lederabsatz mit Filzabsatz innig zu verbinden, in kürzester Zeit nicht mehr erfüllte.
Mit dem vorliegenden neuen Stoffdrücker erfolgt hingegen das Zusammennähen von Leder- und Filzsohle bezw. Leder- und Filzabsatz derart, dass der Nähzwirn nicht bis zur Aussenfläche der ledersohle bezw. des Absatzes geführt, sondern vom Leder überdeckt

Nach erfolgtem Zusammennähen von a und c worden die aufgebördelte Kante b glatt gestrichen und die Schnittflächen g, h zusammengeklebt (Fig. 5).
