Die Wirkungsweise des Walzwerkes ist folgende :
Die fertig ausgewalkten und rund zugeschnittenen Teigblätter werden auf das Zuführungstuch 23 gebracht und wird hierauf durch Drehen an dem Handrad 7 einerseits die Holzwalze und durch die Schnurrollen 6 und 29 das ZufUhrungstueh in Bewegung versetzt. Die Teigblätter werden dadurch auf die Holzwalze geführt und dort durch die Perforierwalze 9, welche durch den federnden Druck stets an die Holzwalze gedrückt und dadurch selbst in Drehung versetzt wird, stets gelocht und bei der Weiterbewegung durch den Abstreifer aus den Walzen geworfen.

The fully rolled out and round cut dough sheets are brought onto the feeding cloth 23 and are then set in motion by turning the handwheel 7 on the one hand the wooden roller and by means of the cord rollers 6 and 29 the feeding device. The dough sheets are thereby guided onto the wooden roller and there by the perforating roller 9, which is always pressed against the wooden roller by the resilient pressure and is thereby set itself in rotation, always perforated and thrown out of the rollers as it moves further through the scraper.
