Da die Achsmitten der Rollen 8 und 9 gegenüber den Achsmitte der Transportrollen 1, 2 und 3 versetzt sind, wird der Draht zwischen den Rollengruppen 1, 2 und 8 bzw. 1, 3 und 9 gleichzeitig geradegerichtet.
Mit zunehmender Drahtstärke wird auch der Anpressdruck zwischen den Rollen grösser, so dass der jeweiligen Geraderichtkraft entsprechend zwangsläufig auch die Antriebskraft an den Transportrollen zunimmt.
Während nun bei einem Schweisskopf mit vorgeschalteter Geraderichtvorrichtung die Antriebsleistung von der Summe der Reibungskräfte in der Geraderichtvorrichtung und der Transportvorrichtung beeinflusst wird, ist die Antriebsleistung bei dem Schweisskopf gemäss der Erfindung nur von den Reibungskräften der Transporteinrichtung abhängig und somit bedeutend verringert, wobei aber die Gerade- richtung genau so wirkungsvoll und sorgfältig erfolgt, wie bei getrennter Vorschub-und Geraderichteinrichtung.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Drahtschweisskopf mit aus angetriebenen Rollen und ihnen gegenüberstehenden Gegenrollen bestehender kombinierter Geraderichtund Vorschubeinrichtung für den Schweissdraht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer oder mehreren der vom Vorschubmotor angetriebenen Rollen nur Gegenrollen gegenüberstehen, die in der Drahtrichtung versetzt sind.

PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Wire welding head with a combined straightening and feed device for the welding wire consisting of driven rollers and opposing rollers, characterized in that one or more of the rollers driven by the feed motor are only opposed to opposing rollers that are offset in the direction of the wire.
