Klemme für Bürozwecke
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klemme für Bürozwecke, insbesondere für Akten-und Schnell- hetter, die aus zwei Platten besteht, von denen eine am Hefter festgelegt und die andere beweglich ist. Die erfindungsgemässe Klemme zeichnet sich durch einfache und billige Konstruktion, sichere Wirkungsweise und bequeme Handhabung aus.
Die Erfindung besteht im wesentlichen darin, dass die zwei Platten durch U-förmige Drahtbügel miteinander nach Art eines Gelenkparallelogrammes verbunden sind und dass eine in der beweglichen Platte gelagerte Klemmfeder mit einem Arm an der ortsfesten Platte angelenkt ist, während ein anderer Arm der Feder als Betätigungshebel ausgebildet und in der Klemmstellung an der beweglichen Platte verriegelbar ist.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist in der Zeichnung in zwei Ausführungsformen beispielsweise veranschaulicht, u. zw. zeigen : Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf die Klemme, Fig. 2 ein Schaubild derselben in geschlossener Stellung, Fig. 3 ein Schaubild derselben in offener Stellung und Fig. 4 ein Schaubild einer abgeänderten Ausführungsform nach Fig. 3.
Nach den Fig. 1-3 besteht die Vorrichtung aus einer rechteckigen Platte 1, die auf einem Hefter 2 befestigt und an ihrem in bezug auf den Hefter aussen liegenden Teile mit einer vorstehenden Rippe 3 zum Festhalten der Papierblätter versehen ist. Längs der vier Plattenseiten sind die Ränder 4 rechtwinkelig nach unten abgebogen, An den Umbördelungen 4 der längeren Seiten sind zwei einander zugeordnete Lochpaare zur Aufhame von je einem Draht 5 von genügender Festigkeit und Starrheit vorgesehen, der durch geeignete Massnahmen gegen ein Herausschieben gesichert ist. An den innerhalb der Platte 1 verlaufenden Drahtteil 5 schliesst rechtwinkelig hiezu ein geradliniger Teil 6 an, an den ein zum Teil 5 paralleler Teil 7 ansetzt, so dass der Draht im wesentlichen einen U-förmigen Bügel bildet.
Der Drahtteil 7 greift in die Umbördelungen 8 einer zweckmässig kleiner als die Platte 1 gehaltenen Platte 9 ein, die an ihren Längsseiten ebenfalls rechtwinkelig abgebogene Ränder 10 aufweist.
In einem auf der Platte 9 sitzenden und mit einem Haken 12 versehenen Lager 11 ist eine
Schraubenfeder 13 untergebracht, bei der ein
Ende zu einem Arm 14 verlängert ist, der derart geformt ist, dass er in den Haken 12 eingreifen und von diesem festgehalten bzw. zum Aufwärts- schwenken freigegeben werden kann. Der andere Arm 15 der Feder verläuft nach abwärts, um mit seinem rechtwinkelig abgebogenen Ende 16 in die Umbördelung 4 der Platte 1 einzugreifen.
Mittels des Armes 14 kann die Platte 9 von der Platte 1 abgehoben oder nach unten gedrückt werden, wobei der Arm in letzterem Falle vom Haken 2 festgehalten wird. Die Parallelführung der Platte 9 gegenüber der Platte 1 wird hiebei von den Bügeln 5, 6,7 bewirkt.
Das Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 4 weicht von dem oben beschriebenen insofern ab, als die Feder 13 nicht schraubenförmig ausgebildet ist, sondern die Form eines geradlinigen, auf Drehung beanspruchten Drahtteiles 17 aufweist, der in einem hier entsprechend kleiner gehaltenen Lager 11 untergebracht ist.
Im Bereiche der Erfindung sind mehrfache Ab- änderungen gegenüber den beschriebenen Ausführungsformen möglich.

1. Klemme für Bürozwecke, insbesondere für Akten-und Schnellhefter, die aus zwei Platten besteht, von denen die eine am Hefter festgelegt und die andere beweglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Platten (1, 9) durch Uförmige Drahtbügel (5, 6, 7) miteinander nach Art eines Gelenkparallelogrammes verbunden sind und dass eine in der beweglichen Platte gelagerte Klemmfeder (13, 17) mit einem Arm (16) an der ortsfesten Platte (1) angelenkt ist, während ein anderer Arm (14) der Feder als Betätigungshebel ausgebildet und in der Klemmstellung an

The invention relates to a clamp for office purposes, in particular for files and snap fasteners, which consists of two plates, one of which is fixed to the stapler and the other is movable. The clamp according to the invention is characterized by a simple and inexpensive construction, safe mode of operation and convenient handling.
The invention consists essentially in that the two plates are connected to one another by U-shaped wire brackets in the manner of an articulated parallelogram and that a clamping spring mounted in the movable plate is hinged to the stationary plate with one arm, while another arm of the spring acts as an actuating lever is formed and can be locked in the clamping position on the movable plate.

According to FIGS. 1-3, the device consists of a rectangular plate 1 which is fastened to a stapler 2 and is provided on its parts which are on the outside with respect to the stapler with a protruding rib 3 for holding the sheets of paper in place. The end is extended to an arm 14 which is shaped such that it can engage in the hook 12 and be held by this or released for upward pivoting. The other arm 15 of the spring extends downwards in order to engage with its end 16 bent at right angles into the flange 4 of the plate 1.
By means of the arm 14, the plate 9 can be lifted off the plate 1 or pressed down, the arm being held by the hook 2 in the latter case. The parallel guidance of the plate 9 with respect to the plate 1 is brought about by the brackets 5, 6,7.
The embodiment according to FIG. 4 differs from the one described above in that the spring 13 is not designed in the form of a helix, but rather has the shape of a straight wire part 17 subject to rotation, which is accommodated in a bearing 11 which is kept correspondingly smaller here.
Multiple modifications to the embodiments described are possible within the scope of the invention.
