ADDITIONAL BURGLAR SECURITY FOR WINDOWS AND DOORS The invention relates to a form-fitting burglar alarm for windows and doors.

It is especially designed for single and double-leaf windows and doors that can be opened inwards.

The retrofit and additional solutions for securing windows and doors previously provided in a variety of property rights are not able to be inexpensively retrofitted and / or offer sufficient resistance to break-in and the effects of violence, and are visually unobtrusive and appealing.

The state of the art, for example, the patent application DE 202008010714 U1 burglar alarm bracket is named because it comes closest to the proposed solution. This solution is striking, visually unappealing and offers less resistance when subjected to violence, since it is only positively connected on one side and requires additional holes in the window sashes.

The utility model DE 87 06 170 U1 is also named. This document presents an additional security device for doors and windows in the form of a locking bracket that is moved with the handle and thus offers only low burglary resistance, because the security device when the handle is actuated, e.g. B. after cutting out a hole, is ineffective.

The post-published patent specification DE 10 2017 002 987 B3 presents an anti-burglary fitting which has to be introduced in addition to the fitting for closing the window.

In the published patent application DE 10 2017 004 286 A1, an additional burglar alarm is presented which, with the exception of the connection, is equivalent to the curtain chains on doors.

Based on the prior art, the task is to provide an effective, easily retrofittable burglar protection for inward opening windows and doors, which is also inexpensive, requires no additional holes in the moving parts, little bothers and little on the window and is invisible from the outside.

The object is achieved as described in claim 1. Advantageous further developments are described in the following claims.

The additional safety device for single-leaf and double-leaf windows and doors that open inwards essentially consists of a safety plate (1) that is attached to the handle (6) for opening or closing. To fasten the securing plate (1), the already existing fastening elements (9) are used for the handle fastening. Therefore, it is not necessary in the proposed solution to drill additional holes in the moving wings (7). This fact also enables easy dismantling if z. B. a tenant does not want the security. The securing plate (1) is positively fixed by means of fixing elements (3), preferably screws with a pronounced head, which are introduced on the frame (8). The positive, releasable fixation is achieved without tools by inserting or pivoting a bolt (2) between the securing plate (1) and the head of the fixing element (9).
