Elektroflasehenzug

Electric glass train
Electric pulley blocks with traction sheaves are known, in which the traction sheaves are arranged in the gear housing on their own axes in bearings provided accordingly. In these known designs, the hoisting rope is looped one or more times over several traction sheaves in order to increase the friction.
According to the present invention, at
Small electric pulley blocks only use one traction sheave, which is rotatably mounted on the motor housing end on the transmission side. In order to increase the friction and thus a safe transport of the hoist rope there is a clamping groove, for example a trapezoidal one, in the traction sheave
A groove is provided into which the hoist rope is pressed by means of resilient jaws. This arrangement according to the invention saves by eliminating
Traction sheaves, shafts, axles and heavy components, thereby reducing the weight of a small transportable hoist considerably and shortening the length of the same.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. 1 shows a partial longitudinal section through an electric pulley block and FIG. 2 is a section along the line 2-2 in FIG. 1 through the gear housing.
In the motor housing 1 is the stator 2 and the
Housed rotor 3 of an electric motor. The
Motor shaft 4 is mounted in the end shields 5 and 6 and points to its gearbox side
End of a toothing 7, which in the
Gear housing 8 protrudes. At the end of the motor housing 1 on the transmission side, the drive pulley 11 is rotatably supported against a collar 10 or the like. The drive pulley 11 has a wedge groove 12 for the good clamping of the hoist rope 13 and is provided with a drive gear rim 14. The Zalmkranz 14 protrudes through one formed by the motor and gear housing
Ring slot 15 in the gear housing 8 and is retained by the bearings in the gear housing
Gears 16, 17, 18, 19 from the shaft pinion 7 the
Drive.
When the gear housing 8 is attached to the motor housing 1 by means of the four screws 20, the end plate 5 is clamped tightly through the collar 21 of the gear housing 8, which is excluded in the area of the gears 16, 17, and the drive wheel 11 is secured against axial displacement on the other.
By using a keyway 12 in the traction sheave 11 on the one hand and resilient jaws 22, which are pressed into the keyway 12 by springs 23, on the other hand, the necessary friction for driving the hoist rope and lifting the corresponding attached load is achieved, even if on the second End of the rope no balancing load to reduce the
Voltage difference is present.
Using the pressure jaws prevents the rope from jumping out of the traction sheave under any circumstances.
The clamping jaws 22 and the springs 23 are expediently in a ring segment 24 or in individual bearing members over the circumference of the
Clamping groove arranged distributed.
PATENT CLAIMS: l. Electric pulley block with traction sheave drive for the hoist rope provided at the ends with load handling means, characterized in that only one traction sheave is used, which is preferably rotatably mounted at the end of the motor housing on the transmission side.
