Seilrolle

Pulley
In suspension lifts (mountain lifts, chair lifts), which are designed as single-cable ropeways with conveyor vessels firmly connected to the pulling rope (paternoster operation), rollers with relatively shallow grooves must be used in consideration of the overflow of the conveying vessels or their connecting elements with the pulling rope, especially then if - and this is necessary in almost all such systems - hold-downs are installed on the route.
In these roles with a shallow groove, however, there is a great risk that when transverse forces occur, for. B. the rope jumps out of the rollers due to wind or pendulum of the conveyors.
Such a derailment can endanger the lives of more than 100 people if the route is full.
A slipping of the rope can be avoided on the side opposite the bucket hanger by known means such as guide bars, grinding plates or by using rollers with a rim on one side, on the other side by star disks in front of the roller, the prongs of which extend beyond the bottom of the groove, but their recesses allow the hanger handle to pass through. However, this is not a completely reliable protection against jumping out of the rope, since it can jump out over the prongs when the rope vibrates (e.g. when a conveyor vessel is suddenly relieved of load).
The present invention now makes it impossible for the rope to fall or jump out of its rollers in any direction and improves the per se known application of upstream star disks insofar as in the described arrangement with an eccentric center of gravity of this disk, it is in the favorable position for each car passage stands.
1 and 2 show an example embodiment in view and section. On the bolt 1, which carries the pulley 2, a loose disk 3 is mounted, which is star-shaped on its circumference. It is partially covered by a hood 4 which encloses the roller 2. The hood 4 is designed so that on the one hand between it and the bottom of the
Recesses in the disc 3 space for the
Passage of the pull cord 5 through the
The hanger handle 7 connected to the sleeve or clamp 6 remains and, on the other hand, in every position of the disk 3, at least one prong is always covered by the hood 4 on loan.
3 and 4 show a view and section of another embodiment, in which a disc 8 provided with only two recesses is provided. For example, here is one
Pulley 2 drawn with a one-sided board and the disc 8 is mounted on the pulley hub. A counterweight 9 can also be arranged so that the disk 8 swings back safely into the initial (rest) position drawn after each passage through the conveying vessel. In the case of pressure or hold-down rollers, where the rope runs down, the counterweight 9 is arranged on the diametrically opposite side of the disc 8.
The disc 8 can also be provided with only one recess, but then it only allows passage in one direction.
With an arrangement according to FIGS. 1 and 2, a counterweight 9 can also be attached, as indicated by dash-dotted lines in FIG. 2, so that the star disk 3 rotates back into the position shown after each passage of a conveying vessel. This prevents the hanger handle 7 from running up against a point of the prong and thus any damage to the disk 3 or the hanger 7.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Rope pulley, on one side of which a concentric disc is upstream, which carries one or more recesses on its circumference, characterized in that the recesses are partially covered by a bracket encompassing the pulley and disc.
