<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

Scaffolding for the production of reinforced concrete ceilings, stuccoing, etc. like
The invention relates to a further embodiment of the subject matter of patent no. 162446 forming scaffolding circuit for the production of reinforced concrete ceilings, stuccoing, cladding and the like. Like. According to the patent no. 162446, the scaffold posts are provided with coupling means, which as in the area to be carried
Scaffolding parts protruding coupling lugs arranged on the post and retaining pins provided on the part to be carried are formed, with one retaining pin resting smoothly on one coupling lugs while the other retaining pin engages in a recess in the other coupling lug in the coupled state.
The upper part of the upright carrying the coupling lugs rests on a height-pivotable bearing on the adjoining upright part, which is arranged on an angle lever provided with an actuating handle and which is rotatably supported in a guide sleeve that can be adjusted and locked on the lower upright part.
As a result, after the support has been pivoted downwards and the securing bolts have been released, the upper upright parts can be detached from the echelons carried by them, with the design of the coupling means initially enabling the upright or upright part to pivot around a support provided on the scaffold part to be carried , then, with further pivoting, automatically but a complete release of the connection takes place.
It has now been found that this can be done without arranging a guide sleeve, and the loosening of the coupled parts is also made much easier by the fact that the support carrying the upper part of the post is given a pivoting movement which is necessary for the release of the coupling Movement of the upper upright part is adapted. According to the invention, this is achieved in that the vertically pivotable support for the next higher upright part is provided by a crank-shaft-like cranked, rotatably mounted tilting support.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the improved upright, u. Between. Fig. 1 represents the
Standing in elevation and FIG. 2 shows the same in side elevation in section along line II-II in FIG.
1 designates the support elements of the scaffolding formwork, which, as described in the parent patent, are connected to the tiers 3, 4 to be carried by them by coupling means which, when the upright is released, initially cause a pivoting movement of the with the
Staggered 3, 4 connected upper upright parts 5 by means of brackets provided on the staggered 3, 4 and then, with further pivoting, enable the automatic complete release of the connection between the upright and the staggered.
The coupling means are in this case as coupling lugs 6, 7, ss ', 7' which protrude into the area of the echelons 3, 4 and are arranged on the post 1 and as provided on the echelons 3, 4
Holding pins 8, 9 formed, with the coupled
State the outstanding from season 3
Ends of the retaining pin 8 rest smoothly on the coupling lugs 6, 6 ', while those from the
Relay 4 protruding ends of the retaining pin 9 engage in correspondingly designed recesses 10, 101 of the coupling tabs 7, 7 '. If the retaining pins are cylindrical, the boundary surfaces of the recesses 10, 101 expediently do not extend completely over half the circumference of the retaining pin 9, as can be seen in particular from FIG.
The vertically pivotable support 12 for the upper
The upright part 5 is now given by a crankshaft-like cranked tilting support 61 which is rotatably mounted in the transverse bores 36 of the lower upright parts 11, 111. An actuating lever 64 is attached to the tilting support 61 by means of a "spring" 62 and a "groove" 63, by means of which the tilting support can be pivoted and fixed in the pivoted position. For the latter purpose, the actuating lever 64 has a fixing bolt 65 which is mounted displaceably in an eye 66 of the lever and which can be pushed into one of the transverse bores 36 provided for mounting the tilting support 61 in order in this way to the lever 64 and thus also determine the tilting beam.
The actuating lever 64 can be secured against lateral pulling off by means of a wedge 67. Such a wedge lock is just like the attachment of the
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
The tongue-and-groove connection already mentioned is in place because with the cross-section of the upright parts 11, 11 'widening downwards in one direction, the actuating lever 64 must occasionally be attachable to another point of the bearing arm 61' of the tilting support 61 .
A washer plate 68 can be arranged between the actuating lever 64 and the upright part 11. A number of adjacent bores 70 are provided in the other bearing arm 61 ″ of the tilting support 61. A locking pin 71 is inserted into one or the other of these bores, depending on the height arrangement of the tilting support.
For the purpose of connecting the upper upright part 5 to the tilting support 61 on a case-by-case basis, a fixing tab 74, which can be attached to the upright part 5, surrounds the crank 72 of the tilting support 61 and is pushed onto a lateral extension 73 of part 72, is provided. This can be fastened to the upright part 5 by means of nails or pins 75 and holds this upright part inserted into the arrangement firmly on the tilting support 61. In the upper upright part 5, a transverse bore 40 is provided, through which a fastening bolt 39 passes, which also passes through two corresponding transverse bores 36 of the parts 11, 11 ′. The fastening bolt 39 is secured against lateral pulling off on the one hand by a wedge 76 and on the other hand by an adjusting ring 77.
In the associated transverse bores 36 of the lower upright parts 11, 111, both the fastening bolts 39 and the tilting support 61 and its fixing bolts 65 can be inserted.
The upright is handled as follows:
The upper post part 5 pushed onto the tiers 3, 4 by means of the coupling tabs 6, 7, 6 ', 7' is fixed on the post parts 11, 11 'by inserting the fastening bolt 39 and attaching the fixing tab 74 in the manner shown in the drawing. If the connection between the upright 1 and the echelons 3, 4 is to be released, the fastening bolt 39 is first pulled out and then the actuating lever 64 is freed by pulling the fixing bolt 65 out of the transverse bore 36.
By turning the lever 64, the part 72 of the tilting beam 61 forming the support 12 for the upright part 5 rotates downwards, wherein in the first movement phase the path described, as can be seen from FIG. 1, runs in such a way that the one resting on the part 72 and the upright part 5, which now swivels out about the axis of the retaining pin 9, is displaced by the tilting support in such a way that it corresponds to its detachment movement from the echelons 3, 4. After releasing the fixing tab 74, the upper upright part, whose connection with the tiers 3, 4 has been completely released in the course of its pivoting movement, can then be removed.
