Nagelfeilrädchen für rotierende Manikürgeräte
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine besonders vorteilhafte Ausführung der bekannten motorisch angetriebenen Manikürfeilen in Form von Nagelfeilrädchen für rotierende Manikürgeräte.
Erfindungsgemäss bildet die die Feilhiebe tragende Fläche den Mantel eines Kegelstumpfes.
Die jetzt gebräuchlichen Feilrädchen haben im allgemeinen zylindrische Form mit geraden oder konkaven Erzeugenden und sind nur dazu geeignet, den Nagel gerade abzufeilen. Die gemäss der Erfindung vorgeschlagene Kegelform ist aber unbedingt notwendig, um die Nägel schräg feilen zu können. Auch ist es nur mit dem so geformten Rädchen möglich, tief einzugreifen und dadurch die Ecken vollkommen auszufeilen.
Das Feilrädchen besitzt vorteilhaft einen gewölbten Boden, durch dessen Auftreffen auf der Fingerkuppe der Arbeitende gewarnt wird, dass bei weiterer Annäherung des Gerätes Fleischverletzungen auftreten können.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen : Fig. 1 die Manikürmaschine in schematischer Darstellung, Fig. 2 die Ausbildung des Manikürgerätes.
In Fig. 1 bezeichnet 1 den Motor, dessen Gehäuse handgriffartig ausgebildet ist und der mit dem Kabel 2 an das Stromnetz angeschlossen werden kann. Die Antriebswelle 3 des Motors 1 endigt in einem Futter 4 zur Aufnahme des Zapfens 5 des Manikürgerätes 10. Die Verbindung desselben mit der Motorwelle 3 kann auch auf jede andere geeignete Weise hergestellt werden. Der Schalter 6 des Motors 1 ist am Gehäuse desselben griffbereit angeordnet, so dass er mit der die Maschine haltenden Hand betätigt werden kann.
Fig. 2 zeigt das Manikürgerät 10 in grösserem Massstab. Auf der Mantelfläche des Kegelstumpfkörpers 7 sind die Feilhiebe 8 ringförmig um die Achse desselben angeordnet. An die Basis des Kegelstumpfes schliesst sich das gewölbte, als Kugelkalotte ausgebildete Bodenstück 9 an.
Bei Verwendung der Maschine zum Maniküren, Pediküren usw. wird der drehbare Arbeitskörper durch Einschalten des Motors in Drehung versetzt, auf eine Fingerkuppe der zu manikürenden Hand leicht aufgesetzt und derart entlang des Nagelrandes hin und her bewegt, dass die Feile gleichmässig angreift.

The invention relates to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the known motor-driven manicure files in the form of nail file wheels for rotating manicure devices.
According to the invention, the surface carrying the file cuts forms the jacket of a truncated cone.
The filing wheels now in use are generally cylindrical in shape with straight or concave generatrices and are only suitable for filing the nail straight. The conical shape proposed according to the invention is, however, absolutely necessary in order to be able to file the nails at an angle. It is also only possible with the wheel shaped in this way to reach deeply and thereby completely file the corners.
The filing wheel advantageously has a curved base, the impact of which on the fingertip warns the worker that flesh injuries can occur if the device comes closer.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. The figures show: FIG. 1 the manicure machine in a schematic representation, FIG. 2 the design of the manicure apparatus.
In Fig. 1, 1 denotes the motor, the housing of which is designed like a handle and which can be connected with the cable 2 to the power supply. The drive shaft 3 of the motor 1 ends in a chuck 4 for receiving the pin 5 of the manicure device 10. The connection of the same to the motor shaft 3 can also be established in any other suitable manner. The switch 6 of the motor 1 is arranged within reach on the housing of the same, so that it can be operated with the hand holding the machine.
Fig. 2 shows the manicure device 10 on a larger scale. On the lateral surface of the truncated cone body 7, the file cuts 8 are arranged in a ring around the axis of the same. The curved base piece 9, designed as a spherical cap, adjoins the base of the truncated cone.
When using the machine for manicuring, pedicuring, etc., the rotatable working body is set in rotation by switching on the motor, placed lightly on a fingertip of the hand to be manicured and moved back and forth along the edge of the nail in such a way that the file engages evenly.
