after pressing the call button is connected to a free first group dialer, and at this moment to cancel the lock state and at the same time give the subscriber a visual signal. The release of the dial and the switching on of the optical signal takes place in the known arrangement by reversing the current, i.e. reversing the polarity of the subscriber line. However, this procedure cannot be used if reversing the polarity of the subscriber line is already used to start the telegraph set. According to the invention, therefore, the dial is released by increasing the current of the subscriber line.
The invention is explained below using an example.
Fig. 1 is the circuit diagram of a subscriber station, Fig. 2 is the circuit diagram of a preselector to which the subscriber station is connected. All contacts are in the state shown when the subscriber loop is open. Relays are marked with capital letters, their contacts with the related small letters.
According to the invention, after a first group voter has been assigned, the release of the selection

central off caused by amplifying the current of the subscriber line. This current gain is used when checking the preselector for a free group selector z. B. generated in that a contact t 5 of the test relay 7 short-circuits a resistor W 3 in the subscriber line.
In systems in which the subscriber lines are terminated by telegraph relay transmissions from the voter center, this resistor according to the invention is arranged between the telegraph battery TB and the center point of the receiving relay E, which is set to neutral and has a counter-winding. This measure ensures that the equilibrium state of this relay is not disturbed by switching on or off the resistor W3.
A relay W located in the subscriber's circuit is arranged at the subscriber and is excited by the current amplification effected in the voter center. This relay releases the dial and also switches on a signal, e.g. B. a busy lamp. Switching on the telex

line, a new call can only be made manually, namely by pressing the AT call button.
According to a further feature of the invention, the release relay W can be a step relay.
EMI1.4
the current amplification in the subscriber line, the release relay is also active in the second stage, thus releasing the dial and switching on a signal. To prevent the release relay from dropping out during dialing, the relay W is provided with a drop-out

delay provided. For this purpose, there are two opposing windings, of which the weaker one is short-circuited during dialing by the MM contact of the dial, so that at the same time an increase in the number of ampere-turns and a drop-out delay of the contact wl is achieved.
A connection is set up in the following way.
D? r subscriber presses the call button AT and thereby closes a circuit via release relay W, dial pulse contact NSJ, rest side of contact h1, polarized relay P, rest side of contact, receiving relay. E, one winding of which was previously connected to the telegraph battery TB via the resistors PFi, telegraph battery TB, rest side of the contact, closing button ST. Relay W is thereby energized in stage 1 and therefore only closes its contact wl, which bypasses the AT button.
The receiving relay E changes its contact e and thereby switches the Rslais. ss to the power source, which therefore changes its contacts ri, r2. The rotary magnet D of the preselector is switched on via contact, and its four brush sets a ', b', e, d check the contact sets belonging to them. When a free contact set is reached for a first group selector, will

At the same time it applies a signal lamp L to the mains voltage Ne by means of its contact. The lighting up of this busy lamp is a sign that the subscriber is connected to a first group selector and can now start the subscriber selection.
Due to the closed contact, the telegraph relay S and the line relay L are connected to the power source with the current direction reversed. In the subsequent selection stage, which is not shown, contact t2 applies the b-wire to the positive pole. The open contact switched off the rotary solenoid D beforehand, thus stopping the preselector. After switching through the connection, the relays S, L place their contacts s and! i, um, so that the current direction is reversed in the subscriber line. The polarized relay P responds. Its contact p therefore connects the magnet H to the mains voltage Ne, its contacts h2, ha the motor M of the teletypewriter

and at the same time the transmitting contact SK and the receiving magnet EM turns on in the subscriber circuit.
Relay W drops out with a delay and locks the dial again, while the lamp L remains connected to the mains voltage Ne via the rest side of the contact w2. The exchange of messages can then no longer be disturbed by other dialing processes.
