Behälter für Zigaretten, Tabak, kosmetische Artikel u. dgl.
Bei den bisher bekannten Behältern für Zigaretten, Tabak, kosmetische Artikel u. dgl., bei welchen sich ein Spiegel beim Hochklappen des ihn tragenden Bügels selbsttätig in die Gebrauchslage einstellt, wurde dieser Bügel von Hand aus verdreht.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass der den Spiegel tragende Bügel durch eine in seinem Scharniere gelagerte Feder belastet ist, welche sich ihrerseits im Gehäuse des Behälters abstützt und anderseits ihr Widerlager in einem in dem Bügel eingesetzten Bolzen findet und dass der Bügel durch einen federbelasteten Drucker in seiner Sehliesslage gehalten ist.

Der Behälter besteht aus dem Gehäuse a mit dem Einsatz 1. Am Gehäuse ist ein U-förmiger Bügel c durch den Bolzen b angelenkt. In diesem Bügel ist auf dem Bolzen g ein Spiegel ausserhalb seines Schwerpunktes so gelagert, dass er sich bei hochgeklapptem Bügel in seine Gebrauchslage einstellen kann. Im Gehäuse a ist ein mit dem Zapfen b konzentrischer Schlitz e vorgesehen, in welchem sich ein am Bügel c befestigter Bolzen d bewegen kann. Dieser Bolzen bildet ein Widerlager einer auf dem Drehbolzen des Bügels gelagerten Feder, deren anderes Ende sich gegen das Gehäuse abstützt. Diese Feder ist bestrebt, den Bügel hochzuklappen.
Im umgelegten Zustande wird der Bügel c durch die Nase n eines federbelasteten Druckers h gehalten, welche in einer Kerbe k des Bügels lagert. Die den Drucker h belastende Feder i stützt sich gegen den Einsatz 1.
Die Betätigung des Druckers hat das Austreten seiner Nase n aus der Kerbe k des Rahmens zur Folge, der hochschnellt, wobei sich der Spiegel in die Gebrauchslage einstellt.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Behälter für Zigaretten, Tabak, kosmetische Artikel u. dgl. mit einem als Spiegel ausgebildeten Deckel, der sich beim Öffnen gegen das Innere des Behälters in seine Gebrauchslage als Spiegel dreht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der den Deckel bzw. Spiegel tragende Bügel durch eine Sprungfeder belastet und in seiner Schliesslage durch einen federnden Drucker gehalten ist.
