Auswechselbarer Absatz aus Gummi od. dgl.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verbesserung des im Patent Nr. 156008 unter Schutz gestellten auswechselbaren Absatzes, dessen zum Festhalten des Absatzes dienendes Einsatzstück mit doppelkonisch ausgebildeten Randflächen versehen ist, und besteht im wesentlichen darin, dass die gegen den
Schuh zu gelegene Schrägfläche des Ansatzstüekes niedriger ist als die gegen die Sohlenfläche zu gelegene Schrägfläche. Hiedureh kann die für das Festhalten des Schuhabsatzes allein in Betracht kommende untere Schrägfläche des Doppelkonus grösser ausgebildet werden als bei der Absatz- konstruktion nach dem genannten Patent.
Die Vorteile der doppelkonischen seitlichen Begrenzung des Ansatzstückes, die sich in einer leichteren Einführbarkeit des Ansatzstückes in den den Absatz festhaltenden Absatzfleek auswirken, bleiben dennoch erhalten.
In der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung in beispielsweisen Ausführungsformen dargestellt. Fig. 1 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch den erfindungsgemäss ausgebildeten auswechselbaren Absatz und lässt auch den den Absatz tragenden Absatzfleek erkennen ; Fig. 2 zeigt eine abgeänderte Ausführung des Absatzfleckes.
Der Absatz a weist ein Ansatzstück b auf, dessen seitliche Begrenzung doppelkoniseh ausgebildet ist, u. zw. so, dass die gegen den Schuh zu gelegene Schrägfläche niedriger ist als die gegen die Sohlenfläche zu gelegene Schrägfläche. Die obere Begrenzungsfläche des Ansatzstüekes weist eine zentrale Ausnehmung auf, so dass das Ansatzstück mit einer streifenförmigen Fläche d am Schuh anliegt. Zum Festhalten des Absatzes dient ein rahmenförmiger Absatzfleck c, dessen Innenseite konisch ausgebildet ist, so dass der Absatz, wenn er mit dem Ansatzstück d in den Rahmen c eingedrückt ist, von diesem festgehalten wird.
Da die konische Ausbildung der Innenfläche des Absatzfleckes c eine Schwächung desselben an seiner mit dem Schuh verschraubten Grundfläche bedingt, empfiehlt es sich, die innere Begrenzungsfläche des Abstzfleckes aus einem unteren konischen und einem oberen zylindrisch verlaufenden Teil zusammenzusetzen (Fig. 2). Die Höhe des Absatzfleckes c wird vorteilhaft etwas niedriger gewählt als die Höhe des Ansatzstückes b, was den Vorteil hat, dass beim Eindrücken des etwas überhöhten Ansatzstückes b eine Durehwölbung der mittleren Absatzpartien nach unten bewirkt wird, wodurch einerseits die Elastizität des Absatzes erhöht wird, anderseits ein gutes Anliegen der äusseren Absatzkante am Rahmen c erreicht wird.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Auswechselbarer Absatz aus Gummi od. dgl. nach Patent Nr. 156008, dessen zum Festhalten des Absatzes dienendes Ansatzstuek mit doppelkonisch ausgebildeten Handflächen versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gegen den Schuh zu gelegene Schrägfläche des Ansatzstückes niedriger ist als die gegen die Sohlenfläche zu gelegene Sehrägfläche.
