Es sind bereits Handfeger bekannt, bei denen der Spitzenteil auswechselbar ist. Der auswechsel- bare Spitzenteil wird bei diesen Geräten auf deren Stammteil mittels Feder und Nut, mittels einer
Passleiste oder mittels Zapfen und Löchern aufgepasst und hierauf mit der über den Stammteil hinaus- ragenden Deckplatte des Besens verschraubt. Diese Geräte haben den Nachteil, dass das Auswechseln abgenutzter Spitzenteile umständlich und zeitraubend ist. Auch ist für das Auswechseln stets ein
Schraubenzieher erforderlich.
Durch die Erfindung wird eine einfache und schnelle Auswechslung der Spitzenteil von Sparbürsten möglich, die ohne irgendein Hilfswerkzeug leicht vollzogen werden kann. Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass der Borstenträger des auswechselbaren Spitzenteiles an einem Ende winkelig ausgeschnitten ist und mit diesem Ausschnitt auf die Spitze des Borstenträgers des Stammteiles der Bürste passt.
Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen Erfindungsgegenstand in Auf-und Grundriss. Fig. 3 zeigt in einem
Schaubild, wie die Bürstenteile zusammengesetzt werden.
1 ist das Bürstenholz eines auswechselbaren Spitzenteiles, das an einem Ende winkelig ausgeschnitten ist und an diesem Ende z. B. zwei Stiften trägt, die in die Löcher des Endes des Stammteiles der Bürsten passen, auf welche der Spitzenteil aufgesetzt werden soll. Beim Gebrauch wird der winkelig mit dem Stammteil zusammengepasste Spitzenteil nach Einführung der Steckstifte 3 in die Führungskanäle 2 durch Einschiebung des Metallriegels 4 in die etwas schräg zur Kante angebrachte Nut 6 festgehalten und ist sofort gebrauchsfertig.
Je nach Bedarf kann die Nut 6 entweder auf dem Stammteil oder auch auf dem Spitzenteil angebracht werden. Der Riegel 4, der durch den Splint 5 drehbar festgehalten wird, ist dementsprechend entweder auf dem Spitzenteil oder auf dem Stammteil befestigt.
Nach Abnahme der abgenutzten Spitze kann der Stammteil allein, dessen eigene Spitze noch gut erhalten ist, auch ohne Spitzenteil verwendet werden.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Sparbürste mit auswechselbarem Spitzenteil, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Borstenträger des auswechselbaren Spitzenteiles an einem Ende winkelig ausgeschnitten ist und mit diesem Ausschnitt auf die Spitze des Borstenträgers des Stammteiles der Bürste passt.
