Push switch with pressurized gas blowing of the interruption point.
The invention deals with a push switch, particularly for high voltage, with arc extinguishing by a flowing extinguishing agent, preferably compressed gas.
In the known push switches, which are designed as disconnectors, transmits in the

pen. The switching pin and the insulator head have the same speed. The swivel isolator is therefore subject to considerable stress at the high switching speeds. Since the porcelain insulators that are mainly used have a particularly high dead weight, their use as swivel insulators with due regard to their mass inertia is not particularly advisable, especially for circuit breakers with high switching speeds. Only organic, in particular layered, insulating materials are suitable for circuit breakers; these moisture-sensitive insulators are unsuitable for switches installed outdoors.
The use of gate controls to increase the switching speed compared to the swivel isolator is known for disconnectors. Such controls are out of the question for circuit breakers because they only achieve low start and end speeds.
The invention, on the other hand, is based on the knowledge that it is sufficient if the moving contact piece only comes to high speed in the vicinity of the stationary mating contact and the contact pieces quickly closes or separates so that the contact wear remains low. After the arc is extinguished, the speed of the switching parts gradually decreases to protect them. Only small masses have to be accelerated quickly and the friction of the switching parts remains low.
In addition, damage to the drive z. B. made largely impossible by icing or jamming.
The invention is essentially characterized in that an engine is arranged between the swivel insulator and one or more stationary insulators, which gives the movable contact a greater speed than the insulator head, at least on the part of the path in the vicinity of the mating contact; the mass accelerated at high speed makes up only a fraction of the total moving mass. The push switch is particularly suitable as a circuit breaker.
Special sliding guides for the moving contact are not required. In addition to the small space requirement of the push switch, the moving contact piece is mounted in such a way that long friction paths are absent and the system is essentially only controlled by means of pivot pins with small throughputs.

inhibit.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.
Fixed insulators 6, 8 and a pivotable insulator 7 are provided on a mobile frame 16, which can also serve as a compressed gas storage device. The fixed insulator 6, which at the same time carries the compressed gas, carries a dome 17 in which a spring-loaded contact 15 slides, which acts as a mating contact. The movable contact 5 for the mating contact 15 is articulated on the leg 3 of the transmission 1, 3.
