Im Stammpatent Nr. 152504 ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung basischer Ester geschützt, das darin besteht, dass man Di-oder Triphenylessigsäure in an sich bekannter Weise in ihre Dialkylaminoalkylester   Überführt,  
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man zu den basischen Estern der Diphenylessigsäure in besonders einfacher und glatter Weise auch in der Weise gelangen kann, dass man auf Diphenylketen, in An-oder Abwesenheit von Kondensationsmitteln, Dialkylaminoalkylole einwirken lässt. 



   Das Diphenylketen kann sowohl in isolierter, reiner Form als auch im Entstehungszustand Verwendung finden, wobei jedoch die Auswahl der Herstellungsmethoden für das Diphenylketen so zu wählen sind, dass die als Ausgangsstoffe in Betracht kommenden Reaktionskomponenten nicht mit den zur Anwendung gelangenden Dialkylaminoalkylolen reagieren. 



   Beispiel 1 : Eine   benzolische   Lösung von 19-4 Gewichtsteilen Diphenylketen setzt man unter

   Benzollösung   mit verdünnter Salzsäure aus, macht die wässerige Lösung mit Natriumcarbonatlösung alkalisch, äthert aus, wäscht die ätherische Lösung mit Wasser, trocknet sie über Kaliumcarbonat und verdampft das Lösungsmittel. Der Rückstand wird im Vakuum destilliert, wobei man den bereits im Beispiel 1 des Stammpatentes beschriebenen   Diphenylessigsäure- [ss-diäthylaminoäthyl]-ester   erhält, dessen Hydrochlorid bei   113-1140 schmilzt.   



   An Stelle von Benzol kann auch ein anderes inertes Lösungsmittel, wie z. B. Petroläther, Toluol oder Chloroform, Verwendung finden. 



   Beispiel 2 : Eine Lösung von 11 Gewichtsteilen Benzilmonodiazid (Beilsteins Handbuch der organischen Chemie, 4. Aufl., Bd. XXIV,   S.     208)   in 100 Raumteilen Toluol wird mit 6-5 Gewichts-   teilen ss-Äthylallylaminoäthylalkohol   erwärmt. Unter intermediärer Bildung von Diphenylketen tritt unter Stickstoffentwicklung Kondensation auch ohne Verwendung von Kondensationsmitteln ein, wobei der bereits im Beispiel 3 des Stammpatentes Nr. 152504 beschriebene   Diphenylessigsäure-ss-äthyl-     allylaminoäthylj-ester   entsteht. 



   PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Ausführungsform des Verfahrens gemäss Stammpatent Nr. 152504 zur Darstellung von Dialkylaminoalkylestern der Diphenylessigsäure, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf Diphenylketen, in An-oder Abwesenheit von Kondensationsmitteln, Dialkylaminoalkylole einwirken lässt.

It has now been found that the basic esters of diphenylacetic acid can also be obtained in a particularly simple and smooth manner by allowing dialkylaminoalkylols to act on diphenylketene in the presence or absence of condensing agents.



   The diphenyl ketene can be used both in isolated, pure form and in the state of origin, but the selection of the production methods for the diphenyl ketene must be chosen so that the reaction components used as starting materials do not react with the dialkylaminoalkylenes used.
