   Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung stellt nicht nur zum Lockern der Muskeln und Gelenke einen wertvollen Übungsbehelf dar, sondern bewirkt gleichzeitig in harmonischer Weise auch eine Kräftigung aller schwachen Muskeln, Gelenke und Bänder. Die Verwendung der Vorrichtung ist als   Trainings-und Turngerät für   alle Sportdisziplinen und als   Hilfsgerät   für die Orthopädie und Heilgymnastik von ausserordentlichem Werte, wie eingehende Versuche ergeben haben. 



   PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Vorrichtung zur Lockerung und gleichzeitig harmonischen Kräftigung der Muskeln und Gelenke des menschlichen Körpers, gekennzeichnet durch an den Händen und Füssen ohne Behinderung der Blutzirkulation leicht lösbar befestigte, sich der Körperform möglichst anpassende Gewichte, die bei Ausführung gymnastischer Übungen ein vollständig freies Muskelspiel gestatten und ohne Verkrampfung irgendwelcher Muskelpartien ein vollständiges Auflockern und gleichzeitig eine harmonische Kräftigung der Muskeln, Gelenke und Bänder bewirken.
