Aufspulvorrichtung.

Take-up device.
The invention relates to a device by means of which a portable cable drum z. B. can be wound with wire. The invention is explained on the basis of the figures, but it is not intended to be restricted to the exemplary embodiment.
As can be seen from the figures, such a device consists of a cable drum which is rotatably fastened in front of a protective plate. The cable drum is mounted in a known manner on a square axle which is supported at the ends. At one end there is a gear transmission that transfers the movement from the crank to the cable drum.
The invention relates to the design of the axle bearings. Each camp is in two parts; one part 1 is fixed, the other part 2 is movable. This movable part can be pivoted about an axle bolt 3. When the bearing is opened, the cable drum and the axle can be removed.
In the arrangement according to the invention, a locking lever 4 is also provided, which has the function of locking the movable bearing part 2 both in the closed and in the open state. The purpose of this is to prevent unintentional opening of the bearings when the winder carrier is running. To achieve this goal, a tension spring 5 is provided which engages on the one hand on the axle bolt 3 and on the other hand on the spring bolt 6.
In Fig. 2 the one end position of the movable bearing part is drawn; the camp is closed.
The locking lever 4 presses the movable bearing part 2 against the fixed bearing part under the action of the spring force 5 and fixes both parts in this position. To open the camp, the locking lever 4 must first be lifted; only then can the movable bearing part 2 be folded upwards.
In the "open" position, which is shown in Fig. 3, the movable bearing part 2 is held by the locking lever 4 in that the lugs of these two parts touch each other and the spring force 5 generates such a pressure that the resulting friction Bearing part 2 is held at the top.
The effect of the spring force on the locking lever therefore has the effect that the same intermediate member causes the lock both in the open and in the closed state and the moving part is prevented from remaining in an intermediate position.
