Stiefel, insbesondere für den Skisport.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Stiefel, insbesondere solche für den Ski-und Wintersport.
Der Zweck der Erfindung ist, das Festhalten der unteren Ränder der Hosen des Trägers rund um den oberen Rand der Stiefel zu erleichtern. Es soll damit verhindert werden, dass Schnee od. dgl. in die Stiefel hineinkommt oder dass sich die unteren Ränder der Hosen selbst in den Stiefel einklemmen.
Ein Stiefel gemäss der Erfindung ist mit einem Wulst auf der äusseren Fläche rund um die obere
Kante des Stiefels herum ausgerüstet. Dieser Wulst besteht aus einem Wulstelement, das von einem streifenförmigen Glied getragen wird und an diesem streifenförmigen Glied hängt. Der Streifen wieder ist auf der äusseren Fläche des Schuhwerks entlang am oberen Rand desselben befestigt, derart, dass das eigentliche Wulstelement nach unten hängt. Der Wulst besteht aus einem Streifen aus Leder od. dgl., der einen Gummikern einschliesst. Dieser Gummikern hat vorzugsweise kreisförmigen Quer- schnitt. Die Breite des Streifens ist derart, dass freie Randteile entlang den beiden Längskanten des
Streifens oberhalb des Kernes bleiben.
Diese Randteile werden miteinander und auch mit der äusseren Fläche des Schuhwerks entlang am oberen Rand desselben festgelegt, derart, dass der eingeschlossene
Kern etwas nach unten hängt.
Die Erfindung ist beispielsweise auf der Zeichnung dargestellt, u. zw. zeigt : Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht eines Stiefels. Fig. 2 ist eine Ansieht von oben. Fig. 3 ist ein Schnitt nach Linie X-X der Fig. 1.
Mit 1 ist ein Lederstreifen bezeichnet, der ungefähr eine Breite von 50 mm und eine solche Länge hat, dass er um die obere Kante 2 des Stiefels herumreicht. Dieser Lederstreifen umhüllt einen mittleren Kern 3, wie es die Fig. 3 zeigt. Der Kern besteht aus Gummi und hat vorzugsweise kreisförmigen Querschnitt. Der Kern hat ungefähr einen Durchmesser von 8 mm. Der Kern ist auf der Längsmittellinie des Streifens angeordnet und die beiden Teile des Streifens zu beiden Seiten der Längsmittellinie reichen um den Kern herum, so dass die Randteile J'des Streifens entlang den Längskanten desselben diametral oberhalb dieser Längsmittellinie zusammentreffen. Diese beiden Randteile sind miteinander verbunden, vorzugsweise so nahe wie möglich am Kern.
Gleichzeitig erfolgt eine Verbindung mit der äiusseren Fläche des Stiefels, u. zw. vorzugsweise durch eine Naht 4. Diese Naht läuft rund um die obere Kante des Stiefels herum. Der Wulst betindet sich ungefähr 9-5 mm von der oberen Kante des Stiefels entfernt. Die Enden des Gummikernes endigen in einer Spitze oder einer Abrundung 5. Die Enden des Lederstreifens setzen sich bis zu den Vorderkanten 6 des Stiefels fort und sind durch Nähte oder in anderer geeigneter Weise festgelegt.
Der Gummikern kann voll sein ; er kann auch hohl oder rohrförmig ausgebildet sein. Der Kern kann einen kreisförmigen oder auch einen andern geeigneten Querschnitt haben. Der Kern kann auch aus irgendeinem andern geeigneten Material, z. B. Leder, bestehen. An Stelle des Lederstreifens, der den Kern einschliesst, kann auch ein Streifen aus Gewebe oder einem andern geeigneten Material verwendet werden. Wenn erforderlich, kann der Wulst aus einem einzigen Materialstück bestehen, u. zw. aus geformtem Gummi, wobei dann ein Lappen oder Streifen vorzugsweise an der oberen Kante des Wulstes vorgesehen ist, um auf diese Weise den Wulst am Stiefel oder an irgendeinem andern Schuhwerk zu befestigen.
