Connection piece for pressure approval.
The previously known connection devices for the oiler heads of pressure lubrication systems have the disadvantage that they cannot be conveniently handled with every position of the installed oiler heads.
The invention now provides the possibility of hooking the connector onto the oiler heads in several positions by pulling or pushing; In addition, an adjustment to the position of every inconvenient and hidden oiler head is possible under all circumstances.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the hooking bracket is rotatably mounted in the connection piece by means of a screw connection perpendicular to its push-on surface. The rotation is possible by almost 3600. Locking devices are provided in the four main positions of the hooking bracket in relation to the feed tube.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject invention is shown, u. FIGS. 1-4 are schematic top views of the connector according to the invention in the four most important positions of the hooking bracket. FIG. 5 is a longitudinal section for the position shown in FIG.

direction provided, which consists of a pin 7 and one between these and z. B. a seated screw 8 in the connector 3 spring 9 is made. The mounting of the unhooking bracket in the connection piece is designed as a screwing 10 and thus at the same time prevents the hooking bracket 1 from lifting off from the connection piece 3.
In a threaded hole 11 of the Aufsehubfläche 2 of the hooking bracket a Sieherungssehraube 12 is arranged, the head of which is not quite after one rotation of the hooking bracket

the possibility of rotation is limited in both directions. During this rotation, the size of the gap 14 between the hooking bracket and the connecting piece will constantly change. This fact assumes the use of the seal described below.
The oil supply channel is provided in its own sleeve 15, which is supported with an annular surface 16 from the inside against the plate 2 of the hooking bracket. At its lower end an annular shoulder surface 17 is provided, which serves to support the sealing ring 18. This sealing ring is constantly pressed against the shoulder 17 of the sleeve 15 with the aid of a washer 19 by a spiral spring 20 which is supported against a recess 21 in the interior of the connecting piece 3; by the force of the spring 20, the sleeve 15 is therefore pressed outwards until it rests against the lower surface of the plate 2. As a result, a tight connection between the oil channel 4 and the oil channel 4 is always ensured with different thicknesses of the oiler heads.
The sealing ring 18 is bent at an angle and rests with a sizable cylindrical surface 22 on the wall of the recess 23 in the connection piece. With this type of seal, the oil pressure acting from the inside on the sealing ring will also increase the pressure of the sealing ring on the wall of the recess 23 that causes the seal, proportionally with its size.
Due to the arrangement according to the invention, the size of the gap 14 cannot have any influence on the quality of the seal.

Finally, with the construction described, it is possible to keep the sealing ring made of leather away from any point in the actual oil channel, in particular from the oil outlet point, as a result of which the viability of the sealing ring is significantly increased.
If, however, it is necessary to replace the sealing ring, then all that is required is to unscrew the hooking bracket 1 from the connection piece 3.
