Am Schuh lösbar befestigbare Gleitschutzvorriehtung.
Im Patente Nr. 143833 ist eine Gleitschutzvorrichtung für Schuhe beschrieben, bei welcher ein Riemen (Lederriemen) mehrere auswechselbare Klauen trägt, deren jede zwei Spitzen besitzt. Es ist ferner am Riemen im Bereich der Rückseite der Klauen ein Schutzblech vorgesehen, das ein Einpressen oder ein Eindrücken der Klauenrückseiten in die Schuhsohle verhindert. Dadurch wird aber das Auftreten hart, insbesondere wenn der Gleitschutzriemen bei gefrorenem Boden oder auf einer Eisfläche benutzt wird. Zweck der vorliegenden Erfindung ist nun die Schaffung einer nachgiebigen Trittfläche, wobei in weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung gemäss dem Stammpatent zwischen dem Schutzblech und dem die Klauen tragenden Teil des Riemens mindestens ein federndes Organ vorgesehen ist, das die Trittfläche des Gleitschutzriemens gegenüber der Sohle abfedert.
Gemäss einer besonderen Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist das federnde Organ als Blattfeder ausgebildet, die einen Endes mit dem Schutzblech verbunden ist, den die Klauen tragenden Teil des Riemens nach unten wölbt, und andern Endes in einer Führungshülse des Riemens gleitet.
Die Zeichnung zeigt eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes, u. zw. in Fig. 1 in einer Ansieht von der Seite, in Fig. 2 in einer Untersicht und in Fig. 3 das Schutzblech mit dem federnden Organ allein im Längsschnitt.
Das Schutzblech 4 des Riemens 1 ist bei b, c mit Führungshülsen 5,5 versehen, die unten offen sind, wobei sie sich von aussen gegen die Mitte zu erweitern (Fig. 1 und 3). Die seitlichen Flügel dieser Führungshülsen dienen als Halteorgane und Führungen für den Riemen und für ein erfindungsgemäss zwischen diesem und dem Schutzblech 1 vorgesehenes federndes Organ, das als Blattfeder 6 ausgebildet ist. Diese ist einen Endes bei c an einer Führungshülse 5 befestigt und kann mit dem andern Ende in der andern Führungshülse 5 gleiten. Das federnde Organ ist nach unten gewölbt ausgebildet und dient als federnde Stütze für den Riementeil , der die Zinken 2 trägt, die paarweise an den Blättchen oder Scheiben 2 a befestigt sind. Die Zinken 2 ragen durch Ösen 3 des Riemens 1 nach aussen.
Beim Auf- treten gibt die Feder 6 elastisch nach und dämpft dadurch den Stoss des Auftretens. Überdies wird dadurch auch erreicht, dass sich die Zinken sicher und federnd in die Unterlage eindrücken.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Am Schuh lösbar befestigbare Gleitschutzvorrichtung nach Patent Nr. 143833. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Schutzblech und dem die Klauen tragenden Teil des Riemens mindestens ein federndes Organ vorgesehen ist, das die Trittfläche des Gleitschutzriemens gegenüber der Sohle abfedert.

Patent No. 143833 describes an anti-skid device for shoes in which a strap (leather strap) carries a plurality of interchangeable claws, each of which has two tips. Furthermore, a protective plate is provided on the belt in the area of the back of the claws, which prevents the back of the claws from being pressed into or pressed into the shoe sole. However, this makes the tread hard, especially when the anti-skid strap is used on frozen ground or on an ice surface. The purpose of the present invention is now to create a flexible tread, with at least one resilient member being provided in a further embodiment of the invention according to the parent patent between the mudguard and the part of the belt carrying the claws, which cushions the tread of the anti-skid belt against the sole.
According to a particular embodiment of the invention, the resilient member is designed as a leaf spring, one end of which is connected to the protective plate, the part of the belt carrying the claws arches downwards, and the other end slides in a guide sleeve of the belt.
The drawing shows an example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, u. between Fig. 1 in a view from the side, in Fig. 2 in a bottom view and in Fig. 3, the protective plate with the resilient member alone in longitudinal section.
The protective plate 4 of the belt 1 is provided at b, c with guide sleeves 5.5, which are open at the bottom, whereby they expand from the outside towards the center (Fig. 1 and 3). The lateral wings of these guide sleeves serve as holding elements and guides for the belt and for a resilient element which is provided according to the invention between the belt and the protective plate 1 and which is designed as a leaf spring 6. This is attached to a guide sleeve 5 at one end at c and can slide with the other end in the other guide sleeve 5. The resilient member is curved downwards and serves as a resilient support for the belt part which carries the prongs 2 which are attached in pairs to the leaflets or discs 2a. The prongs 2 protrude through the eyelets 3 of the belt 1 to the outside.
When stepping on, the spring 6 yields elastically and thereby dampens the impact of the step. In addition, this also ensures that the prongs press themselves safely and resiliently into the base.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Anti-skid device detachably attachable to the shoe according to patent no. 143833. characterized in that at least one resilient element is provided between the protective plate and the part of the belt carrying the claws, which cushions the tread surface of the anti-skid belt against the sole.
