Card stand.
Card stands are already known which consist of a holder which is arranged on a base plate and directs the cards in a fan shape.
The subject of the invention is a card stand in which the plates of the holder are provided with radial incisions so that when the cards are inserted and withdrawn, one card does not pull the others with it.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, for example. The illustration is a front view of the card stand.
The card stand consists of a holding plate, a bracket or a holder body which can be lifted out in a base and which is provided with any fixing elements comprising a piece of the cards. At the upper end of the handle (d) the device used to hold the playing cards is attached, which is composed of two or more plates f, g, h made of celluloid or a similar material and suitably curved at the upper edge.
These plates are at their lower part in any way, for. B. attached to one another by means of rivets or by gluing. A gap is left between the upper part of each plate and that of the next plate below it, into which a piece of the playing cards can be pushed and fixed there by means of the elasticity of the plates. In the embodiment shown, the device holding the cards is composed of three plates, of which the top plate f has the smallest, the middle plate g 'a larger and the bottom plate h the largest.
In order to be able to insert and remove the playing cards unhindered, the upper curved band of the plates f, g is provided with an inwardly protruding bead. In order to ensure that the remaining cards remain immobile when one card is inserted or removed, the plates / ', g', A can be provided with radial incisions or else the same can be made from several sectors arranged next to one another, in which case the slightest change does not occur in the space between the other sectors when one card is pulled out of one sector (the same neither closer still further), so the fastening of the cards remains unchanged.
