Dampfspeieher.
In besonderen Fällen, z.
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

Steam generator.
The subject of the application is a high-pressure accumulator which releases steam as a result of a drop in pressure.
In the case of storage systems, it is important that the steam supplied has sufficient superheating. and according to the present application, this is achieved in that the steam supplied by the store is superheated to a particularly high degree by flowing both through the superheater, which is heated by a superheater store, and through a superheater, which is superheated by steam from the boiler system which loads the memory.
In this way it is possible to sufficiently overheat even large instantaneous steam outputs; for this it is only necessary to dimension the heat-emitting heating surface of both superheaters accordingly.
An exemplary embodiment is shown in section in FIG. 1 and 1 'denote two standing storage tanks (any number can of course be used), which emit steam through the lines with check valve 2 and 2' into line 3, which is throttled to constant pressure by the pressure reducing valve 4.
The superheater here consists for example of the containers 5 and 5 'lying one above the other, which are connected by the lines 6 and 6' in such a way that the steam forming in the container 5 can rise into the steam space of the container 5 'and, on the other hand, water through the line 6 can flow back into the container 5.
Through the heat-exchanging heating surfaces 7 and 7 ', the superheater store gives off heat to the supply steam by condensation of the steam.
The superheater storage tank is pressurized by means of hot steam heating from the loading boiler, which is designed here as a Löffler boiler, through the heating surfaces 30; for example, the superheating storage tank can have 160 or more atmospheres for the storage tank with a pressure of 120 °.
In order to replace steam losses by blowing off the safety valves of the superheating storage tank, the superheater is connected to the charging boiler system or the charging boiler system via a feed line with a shut-off and check valve.
In special cases, e.g. B at low pressure of the discharge steam, the discharge vessel itself can be designed as an overheating accumulator or the overheating accumulator can be connected to the charging vessel at the same pressure.
If the temperature of the delivery steam is to be influenced only slightly by the amount emitted, a superheater 8 'is advantageously connected downstream of the superheater 7', which is heated by wet steam from the charging boiler system in the heat-exchanging heating surface 8 using wet steam.
This ensures that with small amounts of steam, which are already overheated in the heating surface 7 'close to the saturated steam temperature of the loading vessel, the heating surface 8' does not come into effect, while with large amounts of steam, the overheating in the heating surface 7 'is significantly lower and therefore the heating surface 8 'works towards uniform overheating.
Advantageously, the pressure reducing valve is regulated according to the pressure behind the last superheater of the supply line and a safety valve 9 is installed in the supply line between the pressure reducing valve and heating surface 7 ', the blow-off pressure of which is measured so that it is equal to the desired constant pressure of the supply line behind the superheaters a maximum permissible pressure drop in the superheaters, taking into account the maximum permissible extraction steam volume.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
The blow-off of this safety valve can now have an effect on the pressure reducing valve or a special throttle valve and thus inevitably prevent the permissible delivery quantity from being exceeded. In this way, the otherwise usual maximum nozzles can be dispensed with.
In the charging boiler system (in Fig. 1) (Löffler boiler), the circulation pump 11 takes the steam from the container 10 and presses it through the superheater 12, after which it is fed back into the container 10 as superheated steam at a. Behind the superheater 12 are z. B. switched on in parallel the heat exchanging heating surface 13 for the superheater 13 'of the supply steam and the already mentioned heating surface 30 in the overheating storage.
The heating surfaces can also be arranged in series, with the heating surface 30 being switched behind the heating surface 13, so that when the memory is discharged, the charging of the superheater memory automatically stops and the heat of the circuit is fully available for superheating the supply steam.
The charging boiler is advantageously operated in such a way that the pressure of the charging boiler is kept constant by the overflow valve 14 and only so much steam is supplied to the reservoir that the charging boiler pressure remains constant.
It is necessary that the heat content of the steam, which the charging boiler system supplies to the store, is roughly equal to the heat content of the charging steam or even exceeds this heat content by the cooling losses of the store.
It is achieved in that either the saturated steam that goes into the store is mixed with hot steam in the appropriate ratio by a set control element or, even more advantageously, that the saturated steam is dried after the control element 14 through a heat-exchanging heating surface 15 and 15 'or it Heat is supplied.
This saturated steam heating has the great advantage that the heat content of the charge steam always roughly corresponds to that of the corresponding discharge steam due to appropriately dimensioned heating surfaces, since at the beginning of the charge, where wet steam is generated, there is also a large temperature gradient in the heat exchanger 15 available during the end The throttling causes almost no moisture in the load, but at the same time the temperature difference almost disappears.
In the case of the series connection of the tanks of the storage tank with respect to the charging line 16 and 16 'with the check valves 17 and 17', the water level of the tanks is automatically secured by appropriate circuits.
With this circuit, it is important that a small excess of water is supplied and that this excess is continuously discharged through the overflow line 18.
The overflow line 18 has a regulating valve 19 which is set so that the excess water is safely discharged, but not too much steam unnecessarily passes through. A water level 20 controls this facility.
This excess water is advantageously introduced into the supply line before the first superheater "" so that it is completely evaporated by the superheater ".
It is advisable to let steam flow through the accumulator continuously even after charging, the overflow valve 21 keeping the steam pressure of the accumulator constant.
The hourly quantity of this overcurrent steam naturally represents only a fraction of the hourly discharge quantity and would therefore be overheated to an impermissibly high level in the event of a normal introduction into the discharge line upstream of the superheater 7 '.
According to the invention, the discharge steam is introduced into the superheater in such a way that in the example shown it flows into the superheater 23 at b.
The overheating of the discharge steam decreases with increasing amount of hours. The overheating could now be evened out by a temperature regulator, but vibrations would be expected.
In the example shown, this is significantly improved in that the heating intensity on the heated side by regulating elements, e.g. B. 24, is regulated for the heating surface 13, depending on the pressure difference in the supply line before (e) and behind (d) the superheater.
This pressure difference is used in the cylinder 22 by the piston 23 to actuate the control element 24. As a result, the steam flow on the heating side is adjusted to the pressure difference on the heat exchanger on the side to be heated, absolutely vibration-free.
In Fig. 2 an embodiment of a confluence of the pipe 16 in the container 1 is shown, in which holes 25 allow the entry of water into the charge steam flow and in this way, despite the confluence of the charge steam in a higher position, also heat the deeper layers of the memory.
In Fig. 3 an embodiment is shown in which instead of bores 25 through a guide tube 29 it is achieved that natural circulation occurs through the heating by the loading steam and lifts the deeper layers of water and through the exit of the steam above, possibly below With the aid of nozzles or the like, an additional dynamic lifting effect is achieved.
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
In Fig. 4 an embodiment is shown in which the steam at the end of the pipe 16 is deflected by the reversing hood 26 and thus creates a water level ss which is below the end of the pipe 16 and thus prevents the water from flowing back into the pipe.
The guide tube 29 is guided accordingly.
In FIG. 5, an embodiment is shown in which the supply pipe 16 ends in the head 27, in which the steam emerges through the slots 28. These slots, bores or the like are either arranged only in one plane or at least so close to one another that there is no possibility for water to enter the pipe. The guide tube 29 is also used.
The embodiment of FIG. 4 can also be combined with FIG. 5 in that the hood 26 is provided with slots below the end of the tube 16, similar to the head 27.
Naturally, any combinations of the illustrated or cited embodiments are possible. So z. For example, different combinations can be brought about in the choice of the boiler, the circuits and the various heating surfaces. Also z. B. by the piston 23 not only the existing heating surfaces are more or less throttled, but z. B. also certain heating surface parts only with higher loads, d. H. Pressure differences between c and d, are switched on.
