   Normale Trockenelemente mit glatten Kohlenkappen und glattem Boden, wie solche für Taschenlampenbatterien Verwendung finden, lassen sich in Batteriegehäusen mit selbsttätiger Hintereinanderschaltung der Elemente nicht gut verwenden, da ihnen die Arretierungsmöglichkeit im Gehäuse fehlt. 



  Gegenstand der Erfindung ist die Ausbildung von vorspringenden   Kontaktwarzen   auf der Kohlenkappe und am Boden von solchen Elementen, u. zw. so, dass dieselben in Bohrungen oder Vertiefungen einer KontaktVorrichtung einspringen können und dort festgehalten werden. Solche Warzen werden zweckmässig durch Pressung aus dem eigenem Material des Bodens oder der Kohlenkappe hergestellt. 



   In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist p der mit isolierendem Papier beklebt Körper des Trockenelementes, r der Boden und s die Kohlenkappe. Die beiden Kontaktwarzen t befinden sieh in der Mitte des Bodens respektive der Kohlenkappe.
