Chirurgisches Schneidinstrument.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein chirurgisches Schneidinstrument mit einem zwischen einer griffesten und einer lösbaren Backe eingespannten auswechselbaren Messerblatte und besteht darin, dass die den Schneiden zugekehrten Teile der Backenoberflächen 6,7 derart hohl geschliffen sind, dass sie in die Schneiden des Messerblattes überleiten, wobei weiters die übrigen Teile der Backen so geformt und zusammengepasst sind, dass tiefen'Schnitten kein Widerstand entgegengesetzt wird. Das Instrument ist leicht sterilisierbar und hygienisch, liegt fest in der Hand des Operateurs und ermöglicht durch den Hohlschliff der schneidseitigen Oberflächen der Backen tiefe Schnitte.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Instrumentes dargestellt. Fig. 1 zeigt eine Draufsicht, Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf Griff und feste Klemmbacke, Fig. 4 eine Draufsicht auf die abnehmbare Klemmbacke, Fig. 5 eine Untersicht derselben, Fig. 3 eine Seitenansicht der festen Klemmbacke und Fig. 6 einen Schnitt nach der strichpunktierten Linie in Fig. 1.
Das Instrument besteht aus dem Griff 1 mit Klemmbacke 2 (aus einem Stück) mit den Zapfen. 3, der abnehmbaren Klemmbacke 4 mit Bohrungen 3'für die Zapfen 3 und einer Bohrung zur Aufnahme der Verbindungsschraube 5. Die schneidseitigen Teile der Oberflächen der Backen 2 und 4, 6 und 7 sind derart hohl geschliffen, dass sie in die Schneiden der Klinge 8 überleiten. Die übrigen Flächen der Backen sind ebenfalls derart geformt, dass tiefen Schnitten kein Widerstand entgegengesetzt wird.

The invention relates to a surgical cutting instrument with an exchangeable knife blade clamped between a fixed jaw and a detachable jaw and consists in that the parts of the jaw surfaces 6,7 facing the cutting edges are ground hollow in such a way that they merge into the cutting edges of the knife blade, with the remaining parts of the jaws are shaped and fitted together in such a way that no resistance is opposed to deep cuts. The instrument is easy to sterilize and hygienic, lies firmly in the surgeon's hand and enables deep cuts thanks to the hollow grinding of the cutting-side surfaces of the jaws.

The instrument consists of the handle 1 with clamping jaw 2 (made of one piece) with the pin. 3, the removable clamping jaw 4 with holes 3 'for the pins 3 and a hole for receiving the connecting screw 5. The cutting-side parts of the surfaces of the jaws 2 and 4, 6 and 7 are ground hollow so that they fit into the cutting edges of the blade 8 transfer. The other surfaces of the jaws are also shaped in such a way that deep cuts are not opposed to any resistance.
