  Schutzvorrichtung für Personenkraftwagen u. dgl. gegen Anschlagen an die obere Kante der Tür- öffnung. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Schutz gegen das Anschlagen des Kopfes an die obere. harte Kante der Türöffnung, insbesondere von Personenkraftwagen, und besteht darin, dass zwischen Türstock und Türrahmen eine nachgiebige Leiste derart angeordnet ist, dass sie sich beim Öffnen der Tür vor die obere Türöffnungskante legt, wodurch ein Anstossen des Kopfes an dieser Kante verhindert wird. Die Leiste kann so angeordnet und befestigt sein, dass sie sich beim Schliessen der Tür in die Fuge zwischen Tür und oberer Kante der Türöffnung legt und diese abdichtet. 



   In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform der Vorrichtung gemäss der Erfindung dargestellt. Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen die Vorrichtung bei geschlossener bzw. offener Tür im Grundriss. 



  Fig. 3 zeigt dieselbe bei offener Tür im Schaubild. a bezeichnet den Türstock, b die Tür, c die obere Kante der Türöffnung, d eine aus nachgiebigem Material, z. B. Gummi, hergestellte Schutzleiste, welche einerseits an der Innenseite des   Türstockes   unter Einschaltung einer Feder mittels eines Gelenkes e und anderseits an der entgegengesetzten Seite des Türrahmens mittels eines Gelenkes f befestigt ist, so dass sich die Leiste beim Öffnen der Tür nach unten und vorne verschiebt und daher vor die Kante c und etwas unterhalb derselben zu liegen kommt. 



  Der Einsteigende wird demnach mit dem Kopf nicht gegen die Kante   c,   sondern schlimmstenfalls gegen die weiche und nachgiebige Leiste   d   stossen, sich also nicht verletzen können. 



   PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Schutzvorrichtung für Personenkraftwagen u. dgl. gegen Anschlagen an die obere Kante der   Türöffnung,   dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Türstock (a) und Türrahmen (b) eine nachgiebige Leiste (d) derart angeordnet ist, dass sie beim Öffnen der Tür vor die obere Türöffnungskante zu liegen kommt, wodurch ein Anstossen des Kopfes an dieser Kante verhindert wird.
