  Innenschalung (Gusskern) zur Herstellung von Hohlkörpern aus Beton, Gips und ähnlichen Materialien. 



   Um in Körpern aus Beton, Gips od. dgl. Hohlräume zu schaffen, wurden bisher schwere, zusammen- setzbare Holz-oder Eisenkonstruktionen als Innenschalung verwendet. 



   Der Zweck der Erfindung ist, die Nachteile dieser Innenschalungen, wie hohe Anschaffungskosten, zeitraubendes Zusammensetzen und Beschädigung der Hohlkörper, beim Ausschalen zu vermeiden. Dies wird durch Verwendung von leichten, nicht steifen Materialien, wie Gewebe, Papier usw., als Hülle, welche durch Einführen und Aufpumpen einer Gummiblase die nötige Widerstandskraft erhält, erreicht. 



   Besonders geeignet ist dieses Verfahren für die Herstellung von Betonkörper mit geringem Quer- schnitt, z. B. Eisenbetonmasten. 



   Der Arbeitsvorgang ist folgender : Nach Einbringen des Eisengerippes in die Aussenschalung wird die Hülle a, welche die Gummiblase b enthält, an die Stelle des Hohlraumes gebracht, nach Aufpumpen der Gummiblase b auf den erforderlichen Druck in der richtigen Lage fixiert und mit Beton c umgeben.
Nach Erhärten des Betons c und Entleeren des Druckmittels kann die Gummiblase b aus der Hülle a leicht entfernt werden.
