Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Skibindungen und stellt sich die Aufgabe, einen festen Sitz der Schuhspitze in der Bindung mit einfachen Mitteln zu ermöglichen und die Bindung auch für die kleinsten
Schuhnummer verwendbar zu machen.
Zur sicheren Führung der Skis ist es notwendig, dass die Schuhspitze in der Bindung unbeweglich festgehalten wird. Die üblichen Mittel hiezu sind die Seitenbacken und der Zehenriemen. Um eine Bindung der Schuhbreite und Schuhform anpassen zu können, hat man die Seitenbacken in der Querrichtung verstellbar und nebstdem auch drehbar angeordnet, wegen der geschwungenen Form der Sohlenflanken gelingt es aber trotz der doppelten Verstellbarkeit nicht, die Flanken an mehreren Punkten zu klemmen, die Schuhspitze wird daher nicht in dem Masse unverrückbar festgehalten, als dies zur sicheren Beherrschung des Skis erwünscht wäre.
Es sind Skibindungen mit kippbar angeordneter Sohlenplatte bekannt, bei denen die obere Wangenhälfte der Seitenbacken an der der Schuhspitze zugewendeten Seite über die Breite der Schenkel vorsteht. Dieser nur an einer Seite der Wange vorgesehene Lappen ist höher als die Sohlenflanke angeordnet, so dass er zur Klemmung der Sohlenflanken nicht herangezogen werden kann.
Gemäss der Erfindung sind die lotrechten Wangen der Seitenbacken breiter als die winkelig abgebogenen am Skiholz befestigten Schenkel, so dass an jeder Wange zwei seitlich biegsame Lappen vor- handen sind, die der Schuhform angepasst werden können.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung schaubildlich dargestellt.
Die Seitenbacken bestehssn aus je einem Schenkel j !, der an den Längskanten, mit Zahnungen versehen ist und in eine gezahnte. Vertiefung der Grundplatte 8 genau einpasst, und aus einer lotrecht abgebogenen Wange 3, deren Lappen 4 zu beiden Seiten über die Breite des Teiles 1 vorstehen. Die Grundplatte 2 ist an dem Skiholz befestigt und durch eine Deckplatte abgedeckt. Wenn die Bindung dem Schuh angepasst werden soll, werden die beiden Seitenbacken in die Grundplatte so eingesetzt, dass die Wangen 3 an den Schuhen seitlich anliegen. Sodann werden die Lappen 4 an den Schuh angebogen, so dass die Seitenbacken den Schuh fest umklammern.
Die Seitenbacken gemäss der Erfindung können auch ohne Zahnung direkt an dem Skiholz befestigt oder in dieses eingestemmt werden.
