(Pole pieces), the poles of which form the air gaps in which the anchor system comes into effect. in the
In the example of the drawing, the magnetic flux is supplied by a permanent horseshoe magnet 5.
The pole pieces 6 and 7 are attached to the ends of the horseshoe magnet and face each other as shown in the drawing. The pole pieces are preferably laminated. Each pole piece is bifurcated so that the pole piece 6 forms poles 8 and 9 and the pole piece 7 forms poles 10 and 11. One of both
The air gap lies between the poles 8 and 10 and the other between the poles 9 and 11. The armature system executes its to and fro movement in the air gaps in the direction of the arrows shown in FIG.
As FIG. 2 shows, the pole pieces are made longer transversely to the direction of movement of the armature.
The anchor system has two thin rods 12 and 13 made of magnetic material. Measured in the direction of movement of the armature, the width of each rod and the width of the pole faces are preferably of the same size; this width is preferably 1'6 mm. Measured in the direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the armature, the length of the rods is the same as that of the pole pieces. The anchor
EMI2.1
An anchor constructed in this way is held by two resilient arms 15 at each of its ends.
The resilient arms 15 are attached to the armature at their inner ends and extend in a direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the armature to a point where they are rigidly attached to the pole pieces or to some other stationary part of the drive device, as in FIG. 2 at 16 is indicated. The springs 15 resiliently support the armature and allow it to move back and forth in a path which is approximately parallel to the pole faces. At least one of the poles of each pole piece is enclosed by a coil 17; the fluctuating current flowing through the coils 17 causes the armature to move back and forth.
Usually the magnetic flux divides, and part of it flows through poles 8 and 10, while the other equally large part flows through poles 9 and 11. The fluctuating current which passes through the coils 17 changes the division of the flux and thus causes the armature to move back and forth in a known manner.
The drive device, as far as it has been described so far, is the same as that of patent no. 127602. The main difference from the drive device of that patent no. 127602 is that each anchor rod 12 in the normal position of the anchor, which is shown in FIG is, the corresponding pole faces are just covered to the right extent in order to obtain the desired stronger response at high frequency without the effectiveness of the drive device being impaired in the entire frequency range.
It has been found that the best results are obtained when each tie rod covers approximately the seventh part of the corresponding pole face, i.e. H. in the case of the exemplary embodiment approximately 0'23 mm; however, the amount of overlap can be selected approximately between the limits of 0'12'mm and 0'4 mm.
The armature of the drive device described in patent no Armature gives a negative magnetic stiffness, which a spring must counteract in order to ensure the stability of the arrangement and to provide a fundamental oscillation of the movement system that is below 150 periods.
The consequence of this is that the sensitivity of the drive device is at the upper end of the frequency range. d. H. above 2000 periods without noticeable loss of sensitivity at the lower end of the frequency range, i.e. H. below 500 periods, enlarged and an impermissible resonance above 150 periods

table stiffness of the anchor. The springs 15 have a greater return force than the springs of the drive device described in Patent No. 127602. Their stiffness should be dimensioned in relation to the negative magnetic stiffness of the armature so that the total resulting positive stiffness, i.e. H. the positive stiffness of the armature, increased by that of the membrane, results in a natural oscillation of the whole combined system of less than 150 periods.
This means that the elastic reaction force of the membrane - which is determined by the flexibility (flexibility) of the ring 3 -, increased by the elastic reaction force of the springs 15 and reduced by the negative stiffness of the armature, results in such a resulting amount of positive stiffness that the natural vibration of the
