  Steilrohrabhitzekessel. 



   Die Erfindung bezieht sieh auf einen Steilrohrabhitzkessel, insbesondere auf einen mit Wassergas beheizten Abhitzekessel mit liegender, oberen und unteren Trommel und einem diese verbindenden Wasserröhrenbündel. 



   Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass das   Wasserröhrenbündel   Zylindergestalt hat und von einem ebenfalls zylindrischen   Schaehtmantel   für die Durchleitung der Abgase möglichst eng umschlossen ist. 



  Hiedureh wird der Abhitzekessel befähigt, die auftretenden hohen Drücke, insbesondere auch bei etwaigen inneren Explosionen im Schacht, einwandfrei aufzunehmen.

   Der Kessel besteht aus der oberen Trommel a und der unteren Trommel b, die beide liegend angeordnet und durch gerade, an den Walzstellen jedoch zum Teil abgebogene Wasserrohre t verbunden sind.
