Schuh mit zwischen Brand-und Schuhsohle angeordneter elastischer Einlage.
Es ist bereits ein Schuhwerk mit zwischen Brandsohle und Schuhsohle angeordnetem Gummipolster bekannt, bei welchem der Brandsohlenrand zur Aufnahme des Gummipolsters flansehartig nach abwärts gebogen und mit dem Unterrand des Schuhoberteiles und dem Rahmen vernäht ist.
Um an Arbeit zu sparen und der elastischen Einlage einen besonderen Rahmen zu geben, der eine Verschiebung der Einlage verhindert und einen besseren Auftritt gewährleistet, wird erfindungsgemäss zwischen Brandsohle und Schuhoberteil einerseits und Schuhsohle anderseits die Randbegrenzung durch eine Mehrzahl von Randleisten aus Leder gebildet, die einerseits mit dem Schuhoberteil, anderseits mit der Schuhsohle durch Nähte, Stifte od. dgl. verbunden sind.
Durch diese besondere Anordnung wird auch erreicht, dass lediglich die Zahl der Randleisten der Höhe der elastischen Einlage angepasst werden muss, nicht aber die Abmessung des Schuhoberteiles selbst, der von diesen Umständen vollständig befreit bleibt.
Die Zeichnung zeigt beispielsweise Ausführungsformen des neuen Schuhwerks, wobei die Fig. 1 einen Schuh in Längsansicht darstellt, bei dem der untere Teil in der Mittelachse durchgeschnitten ist.
Die Fig. 2 zeigt einen Querschnitt nach der Linie ar--b der Fig. 1, während die Fig. 3-5 Einzelheiten an diesem Querschnitt gemäss Fig. 2, jedoch in vergrössertem Massstab bei verschiedener Herstellungsart darstellen.
Mit dem Sehuhoberteil ist die innere Brandsohle 2 in bekannter Weise verbunden, zwischen welcher und der Schuhsohle 3, allenfalls unter Einschaltung einer zusätzlichen unteren Brandsohle 4, die elastische Einlage 5 angeordnet ist. Diese elastische Einlage kann z. B. aus Gummischwamm od. dgl., aber auch aus Filz, Kork od. dgl. gebildet sein, oder es kann statt dieser elastischen Einlage ein Gummipolster vorgesehen sein.
Die Rahmenverbindung zwischen dem Schuhoberteil mit der inneren Brandsohle 2 und der Schuhsohle 3 wird erfindungsgemäss durch eine Mehrzahl von Rahmenleisten 6,7 und 8 gebildet, die rings um den Schuh laufen. In Fig. 3 ist eine Art der Verbindung der einzelnen Teile des unteren Schuhkörpers untereinander dargestellt. Die innere Brandsohle 2 und der untere Rand des Schuhoberteiles 1 sind durch eine innere Naht 9 mit der oberen Rahmenleiste 6, u. zw. durch einen Blindstich, verbunden, wobei die Rahmenleiste 6 an den unteren Teil des Sehuhoberteiles 1 angeschlossen ist. Die Rahmenleisten 6, 7, 8 und 10 sind miteinander durch eine Naht 11 fest verbunden. Ausserdem aber sind die genannten Rahmenleisten mit der Schuhsohle 3 und der allenfalls zwischengeschalteten besonderen Brandsohle 4 durch eine weitere Naht 12 verbunden.
Zum wasserdichten Abschluss der Rahmenkonstruktion des Schuhes gegen die elastische Einlage ist ein Dichtungsstreifen 14 vorgesehen, der an die Innenwand der Rahmenleisten 6,7, 8 und 10 sowie an den eingeschlagenen Lappen des Schuhoberteiles 1 z. B. angeleimt ist und diesen letzteren über einen Teil der inneren Brandsohle 2 noch übergreift, während der andere Randteil lia dieses Dichtungsstreifens in einen Spalt zwischen der Rahmenleiste 10 und der allenfalls vorgesehenen besonderen Brandsohle 4 bzw. der Sohle 3 eingeschlagen ist.
Die Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 3 ist für besonders schweres Sehuhwerk bestimmt. Eine leichtere Art dieses Schuhwerks zeigt Fig. 4 im Schnitt. Hiebei ist die Rahmenleiste 6 etwas unter den unteren Randteil des Oberteiles 1 geschoben und mit diesem sowie der inneren Brandsohle 2 durch eine Naht 9 verbunden. Die Naht 12a verbindet sämtliche Rahmenleisten 6,7 und 8 sowie die allenfalls vorgesehene untere Brandsohle 4 mit der Schuhsohle ,

Gemäss Fig. 5 sind der Schuhoberteil und die innere Brandsohle 2 mit den Rahmenleisten 6, 7 und 8 durch Stifte 15 verbunden, während Stifte 16 die Verbindung zwischen der Schuhsohle 3 sowie der allenfalls vorgesehenen unteren Brandsohle 4 mit den Rahmenleisten 7 und 8 herstellen.
Diese Stifte können jedoch auch bis in den Bereich der Rahmenleiste 6 reichen und in einer Mehrzahl von Reihen angeordnet sein.
Auch bei den Ausführungsformen gemäss Fig. 4 und 5 ist zur Abdichtung die aus einem gummierten Streifen oder aus Leinen hergestellte Leiste vorgesehen.
Es ist selbstverständlich, dass die Anzahl der Rahmenleisten der Höhe der elastischen Einlage angepasst sein kann.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Schuh mit zwischen Brand-und Schuhsohle angeordneter elastischer Einlage, z. B. aus Gummi, Filz, Kork od. dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Brandsohle und Sehuhoberteil einerseits und Schuhsohle anderseits die Randbegrenzung durch eine Mehrzahl von Rahmenleisten (Randleisten) aus Leder gebildet wird, die einerseits mit dem Sehuhoberteil, anderseits mit der Schuhsohle durch Nähte, Stifte od. dgl. verbunden sind.
