Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf mit Tuben verbundene Auftragbürsten und besteht insbesondere in einer einfachen Bauart des Traggestelles für die Tube und des Verschlusses für das Ausflussrohr. Das Traggestell besteht aus zwei am Bürstenkörper befestigten Bügeln aus Runddraht, die beispielsweise in der aus Fig. 1, 2 und 3 der Zeichnung ersichtlichen Art geformt sind. Das Bürstenholz wird vom unteren Bügel U, Fig. 2, ringartig umschlossen. Zu diesem Zwecke ist im Bürstenholz eine Nut vorgesehen, in die der breitgehämmerte Runddraht eingepasst und mittels Schrauben Su befestigt ist. Der obere Bügel 0, Fig. 3, ist an der Oberfläche des Bürstenholzes ebenfalls mit Schrauben So befestigt. Zu diesem Zwecke ist an dieser Stelle der Draht ebenfalls breitgehämmert.
In das Holz des Bürstchens ist ein Rohr R eingepasst, das in einen horizontalen Arm abgebogen ist, der mit Hilfe eines Innengewindes die Tube aufnimmt. Beim Austrittsende aus dem Bürstenholz besitzt das Rohr ein Aussengewinde zum Aufschrauben der Verschlusskappe, Fig. 6, welche auch gleichzeitig auf die Tube passt. Beide Bügel sind am Ende derart zusammengebogen, dass sie einander treffen, ein kleines Stück parallel verlaufen und zwischen sich das Ende der Tube einklemmen. An diesem zusammenliegenden Ende ist das federnde Verschlussblech V, Fig. 5 ; aufgeklemmt, welches eine solche Form hat, dass es die beiden Runddrähte umschliesst und zusammendrückt.
Das Einspannen der Tube erfolgt so, dass bei abgeschraubtem Oberbügel die Tube in das Rohrgewinde hineingedreht wird. Darauf der Oberbügel aufgeschraubt und das Tubenende zwischen den beiden Bügelenden eingeklemmt wird, worauf das Verschlussblech V aufgedrückt wird. Das Austreten der Masse aus der allseitig zugänglichen Tube wird durch Daraufdrücken mit Daumen und Zeigefinger derselben Hand, die die Bürste hält, bewirkt.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Auftragbürste für pastenförmige Massen in Verbindung mit einer Tube, gekennzeichnet durch ein am Bürstenkörper befestigtes, aus zwei Drahtbügeln bestehendes Traggestell für die Tube, wobei die gekröpften Enden der Bügel sich federnd gegeneinanderlegen und das Tubenende zwischen sich einklemmen.

The invention relates to application brushes connected to tubes and, in particular, consists in a simple construction of the support frame for the tube and the closure for the spout. The support frame consists of two brackets made of round wire which are attached to the brush body and are shaped, for example, in the manner shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 of the drawing. The brush wood is surrounded by the lower bracket U, Fig. 2, like a ring. For this purpose, a groove is provided in the brush wood, into which the broadly hammered round wire is fitted and fastened with screws Su. The upper bracket 0, Fig. 3, is also attached to the surface of the brush wood with screws So. For this purpose, the wire is also hammered wide at this point.
A tube R is fitted into the wood of the brush, which is bent into a horizontal arm that receives the tube with the help of an internal thread. At the exit end from the brush wood, the tube has an external thread for screwing on the closure cap, FIG. 6, which also fits onto the tube at the same time. Both brackets are bent together at the end in such a way that they meet, run a little parallel and pinch the end of the tube between them. The tube is clamped in such a way that when the top bracket is unscrewed, the tube is screwed into the pipe thread. Then the upper bracket is screwed on and the tube end is clamped between the two bracket ends, whereupon the closing plate V is pressed on. The mass emerges from the tube, which is accessible from all sides, by pressing on it with the thumb and forefinger of the same hand that holds the brush.
PATENT CLAIMS:
