   Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Hohlleiter für elektrische Hochspannungsfreileitungen, der eine erhöhte Biegsamkeit besitzt. Es sind bereits   Hohlleiterkonstruktionen   bekannt, deren zur Stromfortleitung bestimmter Teil aus einer oder mehreren Lagen massiver Drähte ans gutleitendem Material besteht. Man kann dem Seil nun die gewünschte Biegsamkeit und gleichzeitig eine in elektrischer Hinsicht glatte Oberfläche dadurch geben, dass an Stelle der bisher verwendeten massiven Drähte ringstückförmige Litzen genommen werden, die um einen Tragkörper bekannter Bauart, beispielsweise um eine Bronzespirale, verseilt werden.

   Als ringstückförmige Litzen können solche verwandt werden, die entweder durch Verseilung von Drähten um einen   unrunden   Kern oder durch Pressen einer Rundlitze zur   gewünschten   Form hergestellt sein können.
