Der Gleichgewichtszustand der Zelle wird bei dieser Anordnung nicht gestört, denn da zusätzliche Luft oder Gas weder ein-noch austritt, können sich Druck oder Konzentrierung im Lösungsmittel nicht verändern. 



   Die Fig. 4-6 zeigen bei e Querschnitte von Fäden, die ohne die   erfindungsgemässe   Vorrichtung, und Fig. 8 bei gl solche von Fäden, die bei Anwendung derselben hergestellt worden sind. 



   Wenn man nun die Vorrichtung und Arbeitsweise, wie beschrieben, verwendet, verwandelt sich der Querschnitt der Einzelfäden und nimmt die Gestalt nach Fig. 8 an, mit der Folge des Abschwächens des Glanzes. 



   Es ist bekannt, dass für einige mit dem Nassverfahren gesponnene Kunstseiden. z. B. Viskoseseide, die Aufgabe der Glanzdämpfung dadurch in befriedigender Weise gelöst worden ist, dass in die zu verspinnenden Lösungen Emulsionen von Stoffen eingeführt werden, die dem Gespinst Mattglanz geben. 



   Für die Kunstseide, die durch unmittelbares Verspinnen von Celluloseestern   oder-äthern   in flüchtigen Lösemitteln erzielt werden, wie z. B. Acetatseide, bietet die Glanzdämpfung grössere Schwierigkeiten ; denn es ist nicht angezeigt, die Gespinste Nachbehandlungen zu unterwerfen, da solche, ganz abgesehen von den Mehrkosten, leicht die wertvollen Eigenschaften, welche diese Kunstseide hinsichtlich Reissfestigkeit in trockenem und nassem Zustand haben, beeinträchtigen können. 



   Durch vorliegende Erfindung werden dagegen ohne Mehrkosten die erwähnten wertvollen Eigenschaften nicht beeinträchtigt, während zugleich die Glanzdämpfung erzielt wird.

   If one now uses the device and method of operation as described, the cross-section of the individual threads changes and assumes the shape according to FIG. 8, with the result that the gloss is weakened.



   It is known that, for some, artificial silk is spun using the wet process. z. B. viscose silk, the task of dampening the gloss has been achieved in a satisfactory manner that emulsions of substances are introduced into the solutions to be spun, which give the web a matt finish.



   For rayon, which are obtained by direct spinning of cellulose esters or ethers in volatile solvents, such as. B. acetate silk, the gloss dampening presents greater difficulties; because it is not advisable to subject the webs to after-treatments, since these, quite apart from the additional costs, can easily impair the valuable properties that these artificial silk have in terms of tear resistance in dry and wet condition.



   By contrast, the present invention does not impair the mentioned valuable properties without additional costs, while at the same time the gloss reduction is achieved.

PATENT CLAIM: Device for dry spinning of rayon, whereby the threads emerging from the spinning head are exposed to a lateral gas flow, characterized in that the gas flow in the spinning chamber is caused by an impeller or the like arranged near the spinning head. EMI2.1
