    Vorkiihler für   den Kondensator von Kältemaschinen. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft einen Vorkühler für den Kondensator von Kältemaschinen, der aus einem die Fundamentplatte der Kältemaschine berührenden Rahmen aus Rohren besteht, den das Kältemittel vor Eintritt in den Kondensator   durchströmt.   



   Die Zeichnung zeigt den Erfindungsgegenstand im Ausführungsbeispiel bei einer Kompressions-   kühlmaschine.   Fig. 1 ist eine Seitenansieht eines Teiles der   Kältemaschine,   Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf den Vorkühler mit Kondensator. 



   Der Kondensator besteht aus der Schlange 17, der Vorkühler aus dem aus Rohren 18 zusammengesetzten Fundamentrahmen. Diese Rohre 18 sind nach aussen abgeschlossen und z. B. mittels Schraubenbolzen 19 und Muttern   20 an   die Füsse 21 des Kühlkastens od. dgl. angeschlossen. In einzelne dieser Rohre 18 sind innere Rohre 22 kleineren Durchmessers dicht eingesetzt, die an ihren Enden offenbleiben und dadurch freien Luftdurchzug gestatten. Auf den Rohren 18 ist die Fundamentplatte 28 mittels Schrauben befestigt, auf der der Kompressor und die Kühlschlange aufsitzen. Das Rohr 18 ist an der Stelle   24   unterbrochen, die Rohrenden sind hier abgeschlossen und durch einen Führungsbolzen miteinander verbunden. 



   Das Kältemittel strömt vom Kompressor durch die Öffnung 26 in das Rohrsystem 18 und durch den Austritt 27 in die Kondensatorsehlange   17,   gelangt sodann in das mit Sieben versehene Rohr 28 in dem es von Schmutz usw. die im Rohrinnern vorhanden sind, gereinigt wird. Dieses Rohr 28 liegt vorteilhaft in gleicher Ebene mit dem Fundamentrahmen 18. Aus dem Rohr   28,   das die Platte 23 durchsetzt, strömt das Kältemittel nach aufwärts zum Verdampfer. 



   Die erfindungsgemässe Konstruktion hat den Vorteil, dass das aus dem Kompressor kommende verdichtete Kältemittel vor Eintritt in den Kondensator in dem Rahmen 18 vorgekühlt wird, aus dem die kalte Fundamentplatte   28 Wärme   abnimmt. Durch die in die Rohre 18 eingeschobenen Luftrohre 22 wird die Vorkühlung des Kältemittels verbessert. Die vollkommene Abkühlung und Verflüssigung tritt in der angeschlossenen luftgekühlten Schlange 17 ein.

   The invention relates to a pre-cooler for the condenser of refrigerating machines, which consists of a frame made of tubes which touch the base plate of the refrigerating machine and through which the refrigerant flows before entering the condenser.



   The drawing shows the subject matter of the invention in the exemplary embodiment in the case of a compression refrigerator. Fig. 1 is a side view of part of the refrigerating machine, Fig. 2 is a plan view of the precooler with condenser.



   The condenser consists of the coil 17, the precooler of the foundation frame composed of tubes 18. These tubes 18 are closed to the outside and z. B. by means of bolts 19 and nuts 20 to the feet 21 of the cooling box od. Like. Connected. The pre-cooling of the refrigerant is improved by the air pipes 22 pushed into the pipes 18. The complete cooling and liquefaction occurs in the connected air-cooled coil 17.
