Fig. 3 dargestellt werden kann.
EMI1.3

EMI1.1
The subject of the invention is a Kötzerspulmasehine with a rotating and at the same time reciprocating winding spindle. In such a winding machine, the thread guide with its carrier stood still during the formation of the weft bobbin relative to the back and forth movement of the spindle and was only pushed back to the left on a guide rod according to the material application by means of a conical ring and a ball lock or by means of a feeler plate . The Kötzerspulmasehine according to the
Invention is now characterized in that the thread guide an additional movement relative to
To and fro movement of the spindle is given and thereby the successive layers of threads at the tip of the rocking cone are axially offset from one another.
This shift in position of the winding results in a tighter binding of the thread layers to the Kötzerspitze.
The drawing illustrates two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention. Fig. 1 is a vertical section and Fig. 2 is a cross section on the line A-B of Fig. 1 of a first example.
Figs. 3 and 4 are developed and Fig. 5 is a vertical section of a second embodiment.
1 denotes the winding spindle, 2 the cam-groove disk moving back and forth with the stroke h, and 4 the drive disk of the winding spindle 7 which is connected to it in a known manner so that the displacement of the winding spindle is not prevented. 3 denotes the thread guide carried by the support 5, which is pushed back on the feeler rod 8 by means of the usual conical ring 6 and the ball pin 7 in accordance with the material application on the Kötzer. Instead of the conical ring 6, a sensor housing of a known type can also be used.
The following device is used for the axial displacement of the thread layers at the tip of the winding cone: DieKurvennuten'scheibewelIessistmiteinemRitzeHC which engages in a pinion 11a seated on a pin 11. The end face of this pinion 11 a is provided with four cams 12, whose
Development from Fig. 3 can be seen. These cams 12 have different heights. The sensor rod 8, which carries a roller 13 and is under the pressure of a spring 14, receives a reciprocating movement corresponding to the height of the cams 12 through the cam wheel 12. This back and forth movement of the
Rod 8 is calculated in such a way that its extreme left position aligns with the extreme right position of spindle 1.
EMI1.2
Fig. 3 can be shown.
From this figure it can be seen that the heights of the cams 1.'3 are selected so that the additional movement of the thread guide 3 initially results in a progressive extension of the stroke (from
EMI1.3
(from point I to point III). It should also be mentioned that this extension of the stroke takes place only at the tip of the winding cone and that there is no stroke displacement at the axially opposite reversal point of the thread.
In the example according to FIG. 5, instead of the conical ring 6, a fiiller plate 6a, as is customary in weft reel machines, is used.
PATENT CLAIMS:
