Dieser Nachteil wird gemäss der Erfindung dadurch vermieden, dass mit dem Spannungswandler ein Kaskadenstromwandler derart elektrisch vereinigt ist, dass der Zwischenkreis des Stromwandlers und seine Kerne durch den Spannungswandlerkern auf ein mittleres Potential gesteuert werden.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung schematisch dargestellt. a ist der Eisenkern des Spannungswandlers mit der Hochspannungswicklung b und der Niederspannungswicklung c, die nebeneinander auf dem einen Sehenkel des Kerns liegen. d und e sind Ausgleichswieklungen zur Verminderung der Streuung zwischen den Wicklungen bund c.
