Die Erfindung besteht in einer Vervollkommnung dieser Einrichtung dahingehend, dass das Anlenk- ende des Versehlussarmes einen Schlitz aufweist, durch den der Hebel hindurehgefuhrt ist und dessen eine
Begrenzungskante einen mit dem Hebel zusammenwirkenden Anschlag bildet, der den ausser Verschluss- stellung befindlichen Arm in einer von der Topfwand abstehenden Lage erhält. Dadurch kann der Arm als Handhabe für das Kochgeschirr benutzt werden.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung veranschaulicht ; Fig. 1 zeigt einen
Schnitt durch ein Kochgefäss mit in Versehlusslage gehaltenen Deckel, Fig. 2 eine Ansicht des Gefässes samt Deckel bei gelöstem Verschluss und Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht gemäss Fig. l.
An einem von der Topfwand a abstehenden Lager b ist um einen Zapfen c ein einarmiger Hebel d frei schwingbar aufgehängt, der abseits von seinem Drehpunkte ein Auge e aufweist, das einem Arm f als Anlenkstelle dient. Das freie Ende g des Armes f ist hakenförmig abgebogen und kann den Topf- rand h und den Rand i des Gefässdeckels j übergreifen.
Das Anlenkende des Armes f ist mit einem Schlitz k versehen, durch den der einarmige Hebel d hindurchgeführt ist und dessen eine Begrenzungskante 1 einen
Anschlag bildet, mit dem sich der aus seiner Wirkungsstellung gelöste Arm t gegen den Hebel d stützt, so dass ersterer in einer von der Topfwand a abstehenden Stellung verharrt (Fig. 2), in der er leicht erfasst werden und zum Handhaben des Topfes benutzt werden kann. Der Rand h des Topfes ist soweit über die Auflage n für den Deckel j heraufgezogen, dass der im Deekelrand eingebaute Dichtungsring nach aussenhin abgeschlossen und dadurch vor Einwirkung, z. B. von aufzüngelnden Flammen, bewahrt ist.
