Um diesen Schwierigkeiten aus dem Wege zu gehen, besteht das Schild gemäss der Erfindung aus einem die Schlitze enthaltenden Vorderblatt, dessen Rückseite mit. einem teilweise ausgeschnittenen Blatte hinterkleidet ist, so dass die durch die Schlitze des Vorderblattes geführten Teile der Beschriftungstafel sich in einem zwischen Mappenrücken und Schild gebildeten Hohlraum befinden, wodurch das Auswechseln der Besehriftungstafel jederzeit leicht möglich ist.
