   Das Stammpatent Nr. 113587 hat zum Gegenstand ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Fernmeldekabeln mit vermindertem Nebensprechen, bei dem innerhalb einzelner   Mehrfachadern   je zwei Adern in ihrer örtlichen Lage ohne Zerschneiden derselben über eine durch Messung festgelegte Strecke vertauscht werden. 



   Dieses Verfahren lässt sieh gemäss der Erfindung auch auf Mehrfachadern höherer Ordnung ausdehnen, die beispielsweise aus Doppelvierern,   Doppelachtern   usw. bestehen. In diesem Fall werden nicht zwei Einzeladern, sondern vielmehr zwei Verseilelemente höherer Ordnung,   d.   h. Doppeladern oder - vierer usw. miteinander ohne Zerschneiden vertauscht. Die Vertauschung der   Verseilelemente   kann nach der Fertigstellung der auf Fabrikationslänge fertig verseilten Mehrfachadern höherer Ordnung oder auch gemäss Patent Nr. 113587 schon während der Herstellung der Mehrfachadern höherer Ordnung vorgenommen werden.
