Process for the manufacture of school boards from cement paste.

The subject of the invention is a process for the production of blackboards from cement or similar material, which consists in applying, coloring, smoothing the soft cement into the partially hollowed out wall in the size of a blackboard.

The board is therefore not attached to the wall in a finished state, but completed on the spot. Such a permanently attached board has the advantage that damage to the board or to the teacher or student is excluded, and because of their smoothness, the boards are particularly suitable for writing and drawing with chalk and paints. The panels are also unusually durable, they can last for decades without any repairs.

Another advantage is that the board can be made as large as you like, i.e. over the entire width of the front wall of the classroom or another space, whereby it can be used not only for writing but also for drawing with chalk and colors.

Single-colored, in particular red or light blue lines can be used in the board, u. between as usual for letter writing for the lowest elementary school classes, so also lines for writing notes, possibly also for other purposes, e.g. B. for female handicrafts (nets) etc. For this purpose only parts of the board are usually used.

The board can be made black and partly in other colors, especially white, which is ideal for drawing with paints, charcoal, colored pencils and the like. a. matters. The durability, even the indestructibility of the color is achieved by using a cement colored with natural colors for the production.

The drawing shows schematically in view and section a school blackboard made of cement according to the invention firmly connected to the wall.

PATENT CLAIMS: 1. Process for the production of school boards from cement paste, characterized in that the cement paste is applied directly to the wall so that it is firmly bonded to it.
