Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines versandbereiten hydraulischen Trockenputz-und
Mauermörtels.
 EMI1.1

 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

  As mentioned at the beginning, this facade plastering mortar can also be colored lightfast and weather-resistant according to a further embodiment of the invention by grinding the earth colors suitable for this purpose in the same operation. For this purpose, those earth colors are advantageously used which, due to the clay, silicic acid, iron or chromium oxides contained therein, are capable of digestion by the lime during the extinguishing and subsequent storage process without the color changing. As such colors, ultramarine blue, caput mortuum, Kassler brown, chrome green, angel red etc.

   PATENT CLAIMS:
1. A process for the production of a hydraulic dry plastering and masonry mortar ready for dispatch by mixing quick lime with granulated blast furnace slag, characterized in that the mixture is only partially ground in a single operation, so that some of the flaky grains are finely ground and some of the granules remain unchanged in the mill leaves, whereby an intimate narrowing of the ground fine slag particles with the powdered lime and the coarser components of the slag and with the moisture contained in this takes place.

2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that finely powdered earth colors are co-ground with the powdery burnt unslaked lime and the granulated blast furnace slag, which suffer no change in color due to the lime content of the mortar.
