 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

 EMI2.1

Current transformer with used for static voltage measurement, between one
Primary conductor and a grounded part of the nos pads.

It is already known to provide conductive coatings on the outside of or in the insulating body of bushing insulators in order to use them for static voltage measurement. The covering forms one pole, while the grounded flange, which is arranged isolated from it and carries the bushing insulator, forms the other connection pole for a measuring arrangement. Furthermore, metallizations at the flange point of specially designed insulating bodies for accommodating current transformers have become known, which are only attached at this point to equalize the electrical field and which extend into the throat of the first insulating groove.

According to the invention, such conductive measurement coatings, known per se, which are located between a primary conductor and a grounded part of the current transformer, are attached to a transverse hole insulating body provided for receiving the current transformer induction system, and between the separation of the metallizations located on the insulating body for equalizing the electrical field.

With the arrangement according to the invention, the advantage is achieved that the measurement coatings are at the same time shielded from electrical interference fields by the metallizations provided on the insulating body to even out the electrical field.

Some exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing.

1 shows a view and a partial section of a known feedthrough transverse hole insulator, FIG. 2 shows the installation of the current transformer on the insulating body according to FIG.

The transverse hole 12 penetrating the insulating body 11 is looped around by the primary conductor 13 and is through the wall 14 of the insulating body of the secondary winding-M, which is arranged on the leg 16 of the iron core penetrating the transverse hole 12, and through the wall 17 of the earthed flange 18 separated. The yokes 19 of the iron core wrap around the outer circumference of the insulating body 11 and are held by the flange 18 together with the insulating body 11.

The insulating body 11 is provided on the outside at the point where the yokes and the grounded fastening flange sit, according to the invention with a measuring coating 20, which loops around the double wall 14/17 of the insulating body 11 at the point of the transverse hole 12.

As FIG. 1 shows, this conductive measuring coating 20 is in order to be shielded from electrical interference fields
 EMI1.1
arranged separately, that is, in such a way that there is no conductive connection with the measuring coating 20 and the conductive coatings 21, 22.

2 shows that the conductive measuring coating 20 is isolated between the primary conductor 13 and the grounded flange 18 of the insulating body 11, that is to say a current transformer part.

3 shows the application of the transverse insulating body to pot-type current transformers, the lower part of the insulating body 23 being designed like a bottle without a bottom.

In the insulating body there is some insulating filling 24, such as oil, quartz sand or the like. In the latter case, the measuring coating 20 designed as a base 25 is separated by the insulating filling 24 from the primary conductor 13 on the one hand and from the earthed vessel 26 of the current transformer on the other hand.

 EMI2.1
for equalizing the electrical field serving conductive metal coating 28 separated again.

However, the measuring coating 20 can also loop around the wall of the transverse hole 22 here.

Finally, FIG. 5 shows the application to a staggered current transformer, which is formed from several nested insulating bodies 27, 29, in which the measuring coating 20 is located on the bottom of the lowermost insulating body 29, since only its flange 30 designed as a flange is grounded.

If you want to use the pot or the flange of the current transformer as a grounded part, you can, as z. B. is shown on the upper current transformer according to FIG. 5, arrange a special measuring layer 32 on the measuring surface 20 with the interposition of a corresponding insulation 31, which in turn is grounded. The advantage of this arrangement is based on the fact that the partial capacitances formed by the dielectrics are fixed in terms of their size and are independent of the insulating filling.

The measuring coatings 20 are applied or sprayed onto the insulating body, for example, using methods known per se. A wide variety of instruments can be connected to this, B. voltmeters, synchronizers, surge indicators and power meters.

It is advisable to make the measurement coatings thicker than the previous metallizations in order to connect the connecting lines 33, which lead to the terminals 34 on the current transformer, directly to these coatings, for example in the case of strands with the strand ends spreading out in a fan shape.
