Druckzylinders an Haltzylinderschnellpressen.

The subject matter of the invention is a device for turning the
Pressure cylinder on holding cylinder high-speed presses. According to the invention, the parking spindle, on which the levers for initiating the parking movement sit, also serves as a shaft for mounting the bridge roller and the like. between. The bridge roller is loosely rotatable on the parking spindle, preferably mounted with ball bearings. The new arrangement has significant advantages over the known arrangements. In such a case, for example, the parking spindle is mounted within the hollow axis of the printing cylinder. This arrangement requires a reinforcement of the
Cylindrical shaft and an enlargement of the cylindrical shaft bearing, which is part of the
Invention are not required.
Furthermore, the new arrangement gives greater freedom in the choice of the transmission ratio of the parking movement. The parking spindle is finally sitting here in a place where the accessibility of the primarily vital
Parts of the machine not affected. With the new arrangement, the tooth segments can all be arranged within the machines.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the invention in Fig. 1 in side view, in Fig. 2 in plan view.
The pressure cylinder a is by the spring b, which is against the bearing c of the pressure cylinder

Lever y is stretched and flexed. The lever g is pivoted by the toothed segments A and i, the toothed segment i is fixedly arranged on the parking spindle k and is pivoted by the parking lever l. The bridge roller m isl uun also mounted on the parking spindle k u. between it is loosely rotatable by means of a ball bearing on this spindle.

Roller is mounted. stored in an eccentric sleeve o. which in turn is stored in the machine frame p. The bridge roller is adjusted by turning this eccentric bushing.
This adjustment affects the engagement of the two tooth segments h and i; so that their teeth do not disengage, the hubs q of the tooth segments i
