 EMI1.1

 EMI1.1

The high-pressure boiler with pulverized coal firing, which is the subject of the invention, is characterized in that U-shaped superheater pipes branching off from the upper header pipes are arranged in the furnace, the hanging legs of which form the boundary walls of the furnace, while the transverse legs run at different heights and thus free flow openings for the flow of fire gas after the subsequent puffs of fire.

According to Fig. 1, which illustrates an embodiment of the system in a vertical section, U-shaped superheater tubes 2 are arranged in the furnace 1, which extend from upper header pipes 3, 4 and the hanging legs of which lie against one another so that they either alone or according to Fig 2 with the help of rolled, welded or otherwise attached fin strips 5, or together with fireclay bricks, form boundary walls for the combustion chamber to approximately the depth aa, while

in order to offer passage openings for the flow of fire gas after the subsequent puffs of fire.

In the second course, coiled pipe elements 6 and 7 connected in parallel are expediently arranged, u. between first as a post-superheater 6 and above as a water preheater 7 for the feed water of the evaporator.

The steam is taken from the evaporation drum 8 11M is pressed by a pump 9 to the collecting tubes 3 and then to the superheater tubes 2. In this case, U-shaped tubes can be connected in parallel and bundles of such tubes can be connected one behind the other along the combustion chamber. After passing through the header pipes 4 and 10, the steam reaches the post-superheater 6 and the header pipe 11. From here, part of the steam is fed to the steam engine as consumption steam D and the remainder into the drum 8 to generate steam from its water content.

The feed water is preheated from b in the water preheater 7, which consists of pipe elements connected in parallel, from where it also flows to the evaporation drum S. A part of the preheater 7 can also be accommodated in the subsequent third fire train. In general, however, it is advisable to arrange only the air preheater 12 in this third pass, to which the air flows at A and from which the preheated combustion air is fed to the pulverized coal burners 13 via the collecting pipe 14, while the pulverized coal is fed to the burners by means of bunkers arranged from above runs in.

From the third puff, the fire gases enter the fox and the chimney.
