   Die Erfindung bezweckt die Erzielung einer dauerhaften   Stimmhaltung   bei   Tasteninstrumenten.   



  Der Stimmwirbel ist konisch in den Stimmstock eingelassen, wobei der Konus des Wirbels von einer Metallhülse umgeben sein kann und durch einen nachstellbaren Federring angezogen wird, um dadurch einen gleichmässigen Widerstand gegen Verdrehung zu erzielen. 



   Ein Verdrehen des Stimmwirbels ist dadurch vermieden, dass eine mit einer Nase in eine   Längsnut   des Wirbelschaftes eingreifende Unterlegscheibe und zwischen dieser und dem Stimmstock eine Fiberoder. Messingscheibe vorgesehen ist.
